Good sales service , everything else okay

Matt was good sales rep , answered questions and was up front with us. The dealership tries to make it seem like they are doing you a favor by sticking to msrp so they do not honor the Toyota financing deals. Interest rate was terrible and my wife and I have amazing credit. Initial finance rep was very rude and could push us to never purchase from here again unfortunately. The market will eventually swing back and it will be interesting to see why customers stay loyal after we have the buying power back. You will get lowballed on the trade in as well.

Was supposedly washed but had oily hand prints up and down driver side door. Got truck back worse than I left it. Wish they were cleaner and did what they said.

Sales( Bought a PreCertified 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid)

They were very nice, respectful and Professional. Worked with Michael (Mike) O'Leary. He worked with me with so much patience. I got to dealership at 7:45 and they close at 8 and when I called he was waiting for me outside in cold. I was more worried about keeping them late after 8 and this was day before Thanksgiving day and I was rushing him. He was like don't worry I can stay late and He didn't pressure me at all to buy a car even though I am girl and my own. - Mike's manager, Larry Peruzzi was also very comforting and asked what can I do earn your business and at the same time Mike and him kept on telling that I don't want to pressure. - They tried to worked out deal with me. - Mike really helped, answered all questions and response to my texts and phone calls immediately even I asked same questions again and again - Larry Peruzzi was talking me about financing and leaving deposit and I was bit concerned ( he wasn't coming across as pressuring at all it was just the sales personality and then he said I come across as pressuring he is like I would walk away and give you time to think about it and only if you feel comfortable then move forward with pressure) - Adam at Finance office was very nice, very comforting and didn't even force me finance with them or buy additional warranties. He did ask me about it and when I said no. didn't bother me again and worked with my bank directly with loan process. - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership - My family and I will buy cars from here again and again - Mike (Michael) O'Leary is the BEST. (THANK YOU thank you thank you)THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE, LARRY with helping the smooth car buying process. I am so very glad I bought the car from you guys and not anywhere else. Had the best experience :):):) compare to other dealership

I wanted to give a great complement to Liz Donnelly for her persistence, being compassion, giving exceptional customers and for having the wealth of information regarding buying a car and building credit. I also wanted to give great complement to Joe Guardino for caring about my dire situation in getting into a another car when I had no credit history before my car completely died and leaving me stranded in getting to work, he gave me exceptional customer service and working several hours in trying to get me into a newer car and gave me more money on my less than ideal car that was on it's way out. Other two dealerships I visited gave me horrible treatment because I had no credit history, less than ideal credit rating and I was completely disgusted with car dealerships but at Peruzzi Toyota they really care about their customers and will give you exceptional customer service.....all other dealerships pale in comparison to them and if you want a car, get better pay for your trade in and will work hard on your behalf to help you. Why go anywhere else but Peruzzi Toyota. I was not paid for this review and I am happy!!!!! with my newer car that drives like a dream.

Worst treatment, lies about almost everything, things to be fixed were laughed at after signing promises mean nothing. Will probably have to sue

My husband and I recently purchased a 4-Runner with Adam Smith at the Peruzzi Toyota Dealer in Hatfield. Their prices are great! Adam was an excellent salesman! If you are looking for a Toyota, you need to call him [contact information removed] He was very professional and extremely helpful during the sale! He thought of everything we might want/need and has a very relaxed and accommodating manner. Not once during our time with him did we feel any pressure. I felt Adam was very honest and helpful. Do yourself a favor and contact him!!

I just purchased a 2015 RAV4 Limited from Eric Johnson at Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield PA. What a GREAT buying experience!!! The staff (Finance, management and of course, sales) were knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience fun. Yes, I said FUN! I am so pleased I chose to buy from Peruzzi! Thank-you Peruzzi Toyota team for helping my buying of a new 2015 truck a great experience. My salesman Mike Brownell is the best. Mike was knowledgeable with the Toyota trucks and had the answers for any of my questions. The best part was that Mike said "Glenn you are going home in the new truck you want today". A few hours later I was driving down 309 in my new Toyota truck. Thanks Mike and the Peruzzi team.

My name is Amy. My husband John and I just picked up a certified preowned corolla Saturday sept 13th. I just want to say we could not be more pleased with the car and the whole staff at Peruzzi Toyota. The sales person Eric was great to deal with and evenin the rain went out and bought the car up to us and made it seem like it was no big deal for him to get all wet for us to get a test drive. great job all around.

I just picked up my new Toyota Rav-4. It is raining and a little gloomy out. You could not tell from my smile. I was never treated so nicely buying anything, but Peruzzi Toyota is line sunshine on a rainy day! Dana K was super duper uper nice to both my wife and I.
