2019 Subaru Forrester 18K Service

onService Department very accommodating when scheduling service and very helpful when checking vehicle in for service. They also said a Subaru service bulletin would be conducted. This was proactive since a notice from Subaru regarding the rational for the Service Bulletin had not been received. Approximately a week later, a letter from Subaru notifying owners of the Bulletin and to schedule a repair was received. The Vehicle Service was completed within the estimated time and a review of the work conducted was reviewed with the owner.

onI purchased a new Forester at Faulkner Subaru-Harrisburg over the this past weekend -- during a snowstorm, no less, so that I could take advantage of the year-end sale -- and Dan Mann, my sales rep, was phenomenal on all accounts! His phone contact prior to the sale was thorough and efficient. He had the car cleaned off and ready for me when I arrived mid-morning. His explanations were clear and concise. He was always friendly and never pushy. I have honestly never encountered a kinder, better salesman, and I will gladly and eagerly recommend him to friends and colleagues in the market for a new vehicle. onFaulkner has been wonderful as always). Most recently they helped us get our Subaru running after it had been rearended. They saw to it that my son could drive it ASAP but also they saw that it was completely fixed (not just with corners cut). In addition Faulkner made sure that we had transportation in the meantime. AND They helped us to navigate the confusion dealing with the insurance company of the person responsible for the rearend collision.

onThe experience was fine and the salesman, Jim Smee, was very nice. I had a bit of a problem with the finance guy who really put on a hard sale at the end to get you to buy additional products. In addition he then messed up my paperwork and they had to send someone out 3 days later with new paperwork. Overall a good experience but they should really ease up on the super hard sell at the end or at least let you know that it is coming.

Vehecle recall for wiper motor cover

onI had an overall good experience. The on negative was they said it would take about 45 mins and it took almost 2 hours but because I had nothing else to do that day and the tv was okay I really didn't care that much but if I would have been in a hurry this delay would have been very stressful. If you say 45 mins then make it 45 mins or even an hour but 1;15 mins is really unacceptable.

onWe happened to be in the Paxton Street area and I needed to get my Legacy in for the recall fix. We drove in (late afternoon) and asked if they could take my car right away. Absolutely no problem and everyone at the dealership was super nice. Saw the salesman that sold me the car and we had a nice conversation. I usually go to Faulkner in Mechanicsburg. And the same attitude prevails. This is one great car dealership.
