The entire service department is the most experienced professionals that I have ever witnessed in my life long ownership of Toyotas (and I am now in my 70s). Singularly, the professional attitude and customer service/care is far above standard. As a team, there integrated knowledge and productivity is extremely impressive. Exemplary!

Service representative was pleasant throughout the service which took a few hours (oil change, transmission flush, transaxle and differential fluid change). He offered on several occasions to have me shuttled to a restaurant while I was waiting. My service representatives name was Jake, kudos to him for keeping me well informed the progress of my service.
