What a great experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly at the dealership. Salesman knew every little detail about the new model. Finance department actually got me a lower rate than my bank could offer. Such a great experience. I would recommend Smail honda to anyone looking to purchase a new honda.

There's an Odor at Smail

I had shown significant interest in a 2019 CRV EX-L until the sales manager insulted my wife & I with a ridiculous proposal Especially after we let it be know that we were repeat customers & have owned 12 Hondas purchased from various dealerships including Smail. We also let it be know that we did our pricing research. What was really grating was the arrogance. I will continue to own Hondas. But none of them will come from Smail. Not one not two but three other dealers beat Smail's proposal on line without us even setting foot in their showroom. Pathetic

Excellent experience. Justin and Derek were very good at explaining things to me. Justin spent a lot of time reviewing my new car's functions - he even set up my SIRIUS radio stations for me!! He also demonstrated my "auto braking" system and that was helpful!

New car

This was my first time buying a new car and I left in a brand new 2018 Honda Civic EX that I am beyond in love with! Both the salesman Lloyd Smith and sales manager Jim Jenkins worked did an amazing job and I was in and out there in only 2 hours! Couldn’t be any happier with my experience and my car!

Jim and Justin we amazing they made buying this car the most pleasant I’ve ever had very minimal time at dealership and processed everything promptly and Justin’s knowledge of vehicle and explaining everything he took the extra time and stayed late even on a Saturday night that to me is exceeding customer service. He did a follow up call to make sure everything was alright with vehicle and put aside mats that I ordered even though I’m am going out of town he is an amazing salesman and accels in customer service

Tony Anthony went above and beyond to be helpful. I consider him to be a class act. The best experience I ever had buying a car. Jim Jenkins was also extremely helpful. Overall, just an excellence experience for me. I have a friend looking for a car and I will definitely recommend him to deal with Tony. I consider both individuals to be honest and reputable.

This was our 6th vehicle purchased from Smail Honda and our experience just keeps getting better and better. We have worked with Kurt Greek on the last 3 purchases and can't say enough about Kurt. We do "the deal" all by email and then we just show up to sign and drive. Great team. We will definitely be going back to Smail Honda for our next Honda.

In August, I bought a Honda AWD CR-V EX at Smail Honda Village. This is the second Honda Ive purchased there, and the buying experience got even better. Kim Johnson was our sales consultant. Kim was outstanding in all respects. She knows the cars very well. She patiently answered all of our questions in a professional, straightforward, and understandable way. We test drove 2 cars and Kim made sure we were thoroughly familiar with each one before we made our choice. We went in with a price in mind and Smail beat that price. The showroom is beautiful, bright, welcoming, and immaculate. The bathroom was even immaculate! Jim the manager and Bill the finance guy were also knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and tuned into our particular questions and needs. Everything about the Smail experience screams We care about our customers. We want you to have the best car-buying experience ever. We want you to love your new car. I was a new customer to Smail Honda as of 2013 when I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Honda Civic. I have been very pleased with the vehicle and service department at this dealership. At a service appointment in June of 2016, I met with a Sales Consultant regarding the possible purchase of a 2016 Honda Civic. The Sales Consultant, Sales Manager and Loan Manager were all great to work with. I was very pleased with the process and all three individuals worked deligiently to meet my request to purchase a new vehicle. I happily drove home my 2016 Honda Civic EX that same day. I'm also very proud to support a local family owned dealership that has such a good name and reputation in the community.

The Banner On the Wall

The banner on the wall said 'We treat our customers with Dignity, Respect and Fairness' or some such lipservice and we thought, Yes!, we will be treated with Respect and Dignity there at Smail Honda. Half an hour later, my new daughter-in-law was in tears, my normally calm wife was furious, I was disgusted, and my son was exercising his dignity by refusing to lower himself to the base standards of the [violative content deleted] with an attitute called Greg. Our Sales Associate last evening, Tom S., deported himself as a professional, and we felt his pain that he also had to witness such unprofessional behavior. Last evening, smail (the lower case is intentional) didn't lose a $23K sale because of a disputed $246. Rather, he lost the sale and confidence of a returning customer because we felt verbally attacked, demeaned and harangued by this Greg fellow. And yes, situations such as this are always subject to interpepretation, but when four Clients are immediatey infuriated at the same instant by the same dialogue and attitude, you might want to question the content and presentation of the interaction. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing from smail-anything. It's a safe bet that you will never see another of my namesake or relative or friend of ours darken the doorway of smail-anything. As a well-qualified buyer, my purchasing power is highly portable and I will take it to dealerships where my family and I receive the respect deserved. My advice to anyone 'listening' is, do the same, explore the possibilities, be flexible. BTW, we purchased a similar vehicle with 20K less miles, same year, desirer color, in better condition, with a better warranty for $2K less, 75 miles down the road. Just took a few minutes surfing. Try the web before signing.......you will be surprised at what you can accomplish. And, the people at the other dealership were nice. What a change.

Inattentive sales associate who made a one hour deal into a nearly five hour deal trying to juggle too many customers. My deal was a cash deal with trade-in, negotiations went quickly, agreement reached and then was repeatedly told only a few minutes. I made it very clear that I wanted to reach an agreement, buy the car, and be out of there in the least amount of time possible. Was not offered coffee, found it after more than 2 hours of sitting and waiting to see the salesman pass by to deal with somebody else. Salesman got my key for the trade in car and kept the new car key to hold me captive. Would have all been alleviated had the salesman been more cordial, said here is the key to your car back, it will take some time so you can go to the closeby mall or do errands and will call you when we are ready. Instead, was repeatedly told it would be "soon" or next person in to complete paperwork while the hours went by. Horrible Experience! Entire deal should have been completed in less than 1 hour instead of 5! Never again! Got a decent deal but would not reccomend this dealership unless you have nothing better to do than waste your time waiting on a dealership to do you the favor of taking your money while making you wait and ignoring you as you do so. The worst customer service I have seen at any dealership I have ever dealt with. They make it very clear they don't value your time, and have no problem just letting you sit there and wait for them to do you the favor of completing the sale all the while they are making the money and your time is not important to them at all!
