onThe initial buying process was great, easiest car buying process ever. Then things got ugly. Late April 2013 we ordered a new 2013 Outback. At the time of sale, we were told we could have the car we wanted in any color except the color we wanted. Since we were firm on our color choice, we were told they would order one from the factory, it would take six weeks. No problem. Find out 4 weeks later, they NEVER ORDERED the car and now it's too late to order 2013 cars and too early to order 2014 cars. They NEVER ordered our car! They kept hoping one with our package and color would show up at another dealer!

onHorrible experience with salesperson that was assigned. He knew nothing about the car whatsoever, let alone anything at all. I was purchasing a subaru, and a volkswagen salesman was assigned to me for some odd reason. He could not tell me anything about the car, and did not know that there were several modifications applied throughout the car. The sticker price was more than $1000 over suggested retail value, and they would not budge an inch. He explained to me that "the things i've noticed will not matter to others, and that they would not notice." Which means they just expect stupid people to come in and not look over the car before buying it. I had stated several issues in the paint and was concerned that it needed repainted. He had said that this also would not matter to others and that they would not catch it. Was very rude during the test drive, and actually shut the hood on me and walked away when I made an offer. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT recommend to say the least. If you want a fair deal, do NOT go to colonial subaru & volkswagen.

onProbably the worst dealership Ive ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. I bought a used car from these people and when the check engine light came on TWO WEEKS LATER they tried to charge me $100 for a diag. This dealer ship just wants to sell you a car they dont actually care about developing a relationship with their customers. These customers rating is false. If youre considering buying a new or used car do yourself a favor and dont buy one from this place.

onthe salesman greeted us at the door, found out the 2 different subaru models we were intrested in and took us on 2 test drives. that was the fun and done well part. Now we go into the showroom to "negotiate" the price of the vehicle,me asking him to come out with his best price so not to waste his time or ours. about 5-8 minutes later he brings us his "best" price, 500.00 of sticker, I told him I was insulted so we got up and left,meanwhile the salesman asking us to hold on he will check again. NO WAY,we left. I hate to waste my time off from work sitting in car dealerships like this!!!
