Tom Kay and Joe Casey are as professional as it gets. I walked into Peruzzi Mazda with a plan, they understood and worked with me without straying from that plan, unlike other dealerships. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car or hesitant to go to a dealership.

Exceptional experience

I recently leased a Mazda 3 from Peruzzi Mazda. I cannot think of an easier experience I have had getting a new vehicle. My interaction began online, messaging with Tom Regan, the General Manager. The manner in which Tom answered my questions made me feel like I was just texting with a friend, and is one of the reasons I actually went to Peruzzi. My salesperson was Ethan Alfonso, who in spite of being new at the dealership, did a great job explaining the features of the car-- I have not had a new car in 10 years so a new vehicle involved some learning for me! Ethan also seemed to have an extensive knowledge about cars and car manufacturers. He was very friendly and easy to work with, no pressure at all. Lastly, I met with Jordan Haft for the finance part of the deal. Jordan did a great job of explaining optional services that would best protect my car, and why I should opt for them. He never tried to sell something I didn't need and made sure I understood the value of the option I did get. Overall, I don't think those guys could have made this easier-- I arrived at 11 am and was out the door with my new car by 1:30 pm, record time compared with past car buying experiences elsewhere. If anyone I know is interested in a Mazda I would not hesitate to send them to Peruzzi Mazda. I love my new car! Thank you to everyone at Peruzzi Mazda who made this a pleasant experience!

Worth the trip

Looking for a car, then add Peruzzi Mazda to your list. Found my loaded 2013 Kia Optima SXL on the internet and decided to drive the 30+ miles to check it out. Not only was the car in exceptional condition, the staff there were top notch. Tom Kay, Shawn and Melissa were professional, courteous and outstanding and made this a smooth transaction. Not only did they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the deal, they also negotiated the price and offered me an excellent trade in value for my older Kia. Along with the purchase, I have 2 years of free oil changes and upon leaving, they even filled my gas tank up for the trip home. Keep up the good work guys and would highly recommend you to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle. TS

I am now a proud owner of a new 2015 Mazda 3 and part of the reason for that is the great customer service that I received. It started with Corinne Kovacs the Internet Sales person, she was wonderful to deal with and very helpful with all my questions. Then when i arrived (after i made an appointment with Corinne), I meet with Bob Burns. He was patience and non-pushy and for me that goes a long way. He spent a lot of time with me handling any and all questions that I had. Lastly I can’t forget the fast process of the final paper work with Dan Quirk. He had everything ready for me and answered all my final questions. I have already gave my recommendation to a co-worker as my experience at the Peruzzi Mazda was that wonderful. Great Experience w/ a Great Sales Team

Contacted the dealership via the internet for a quote. Within a couple of hours I had a quote from Tom. Then Melissa followed up and we arranged an appointment for a test drive. There was not any pushy sales approach which was a nice change from what I had been dealing with in my car shopping. The appointment was set and upon arrival the car I was interested in was sitting in front of the office door running for our test drive. Sunny assisted with the test drive and during the test drive reviewed the features and comparisons of the model I was driving verse the other models of the Mazda 6. Sunny was personable and engaged in the entire families thoughts of the vehicles and questions. The overall experience was an A+ as I felt it was more about putting me and my family in the right vehicle verse attempting close another deal. Again, no pressure just information to assist us in making the right decisions. The new vehicle is scheduled to be detailed Saturday morning since we came into the dealership right before closing and I have no doubt we will receive the same type of service excellence as we did during the purchase process. Thank you to the entire team at Peruzzi Mazda. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Bob Burns was fantastic! He was very patient and paid attention to the features I"m looking for in a vehicle, ultimately recommending models that I'm seriously considering. I wouldn't have ever considered the types of vehicles I'm looking for now if it wasn't for my interactions with Bob.
