Memorable Car Buying Experience.!!! Awesome dealership

If you are in the market looking for a Audi look no further than Audi Devon.. They offer very competitive prices from get go so that you can enjoy the car sooner rather than shopping around. They have a very professional staff and a kid friendly atmosphere which makes the car buying experience memorable. Atypical great experience

I just picked up my ordered S4 and have to write up my awesome experience. I worked with Tony G, and he made the entire experience little to no work, got the car I wanted, and gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car with no hassle. First, he gave me a good price over email after I gave him the options I wanted to order. After I came back to him with a competing better offer from a high volume dealership, he was able to match it right away. Second, he gave me a front end estimate on my trade-in vehicle without even seeing it. I came in three months later when the new car arrived and he kept his end of the deal! I have been through some pretty rough add-on ploys by some other dealerships, but these guys take it easy and are laid back when you tell them you don't want extra dealer packages. Lastly, Tony took his time going over every button and MMI feature in the car before I left the lot. He set up the Bluetooth, downloaded my phonebook, and set up some nav destinations. This place is great. The only drawback is the place is really small. Good thing they are moving to Devon to a new building, as I will obviously be servicing the vehicle here. Everyone I met there seemed to own an Audi and loved it. If you are in the market for an Audi, you might want to check out this place.

Awful salesperson

I went on a Saturday morning. I told the salesperson that I wanted to buy an Audi A4. He told me the best price was 44,000. That was with the discount, even though it was the MSRP. He then said Audi doesn't give 1.9% because they are better than other car makers and would never lower themselves to doing that. Except when I locked it up on Edmunds I see their incentive is 1.9%. The salesperson didn't seem much of a salesperson. He quickly directed me to their pre-owned dealership. I will still be buying an Audi but not from this dealership. Do not go there if you are looking for a competitive deal.

YBH AND HARRY MADE MY PURCHASING IF A NEW AUDI A4 simple and painfree. Best price. Best trade in for my former vehicle. Walked in Monday at 130pm. Was driving my new vehicle by 5pm. In a word...Awesome. Thank you Harry.

Trying to buy a Q5

Initially, the salesperson was attentive and his input was informative, but after the first contact, never heard back from him. Called him the following week and had o leave a message. He called me back and asked me to call him back. The second time I contacted him, he was in training and never heard back from him. Third time left another message, fourth time finally talked to him and he said he will get back to me and see if he can do better with his price. 2 days later, have not heard back. He was asking $42K and I offered $41K, I guess he considered that too much!

My shopping experience with YHB Audi was very positive. The transaction was hassle free and the final sales price was in line with Edmunds TMV. I also traded in a car. I think the trade in value was fair and closely match Edmunds recommended value as well. Overall, I had a very good experience. The sales staff was very friendly and attentive. I intent to be a long term customer.

Judging without talking

We went into the dealer ship in the evening around 6 p.m. We waited for 15 minutes but no one bothered to come help. When eventually one sales person came over he was pretty rude and did not think that we would be able to afford an Audi. We kept telling him how serious we were and tried to convince him but he kept asking if we knew how much it cost and that it was expensive etc.. We decided to leave and i was able to get a referral for an Audi dealership in NJ. I drove two hours and was purchase an A5. We are very happy with out purchase. Sad that we had to leave PA to get the car.
