Last year I ran into some health issues which led to financial issues. I was in a very expensive lease that I easily could afford when I got into it. Given my financial situation I thought when my lease was up I would need to buy a car outright cash and not be able to get something even remotely comparable to my 2017 BMW. I got a letter from Conicelli saying they could help, I figured a phone call couldn't hurt. Although my options were someone limited they got me into a very comparable vehicle a 2016 Audi, low mileage and cut my monthly expense in half. I worked with Rohan and my sales rep and Vlad for the financing. Both went above and beyond to make something work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone even if your an hour away. It's definitely worth the drive. Not once did I feel like I was being looked down upon given the financial troubles that I had run into.

My husband leased a new RAV-4 back in May and we had such an amzing experince we came back fora 2018 Hylander for myself. It was the first time we have every had a car buying experince be so relaaxed. There was no hidden sales pitch and we were treated they way customers should be treated! I needed to purchase a car after an accident totaled my beloved 2004 Corolla. I used AAA's auto buying service which gave me Conicelli as a dealer. Out of the 3 choices, Conicelli was tops as they made quick contact but did not pressure. An AAA concierge got the ball rolling and since I knew that I was getting another Corolla, everything went swiftly and efficiently. There were no hassles and the car with the options I wanted was in stock. Brian Moyer was a great sales consultant and the total experience bucked all the stereotypes of purchasing at a dealership.

purchased a rav4 xle from conicelli Toyota and had a great no pressure experience with added unexpected benefits! Started with chris Connor who was patient and knowledgeable on a cold February night made us drive 3 different vehicles and review their individual features to compare each upgrade whether yes or no needed? Wife changed mind 3 time and he redid paperwork to show difference in model features and prices as we went from a Mercedes lease to suv purchase, after comparison of lease vs buying for us. zero financing plus rebates this worked wonders for our pocketbook ! The family process starts with the General Sales Manager Jon Hammond greeting and thanking us for shopping at Conicelli then introducing his Manager Dennis Difilppo who then introduced Chris Connor the hands on salesman's he did the leg work to get us the best available pricing and features we required and wanted . The last part was with the financing guru pleasant and fast plus Conicelli had a zero percent interest offering !Antonio explained in clear language the other program options to upgrade our protection packages. We choose the platinum coverage at a additional cost but we felt it offered long-term protection and value to our purchase . So, after buying used cars for more than 20 years, I finally bit the bullet and decided to get a new car. I was expecting to deal with a sales rep that would try to talk me into purchasing something over my budget and then putting me through rigorous credit and background checks, but this was such a smooth transaction that I now want to kick myself for not getting something brand new years ago! My sales rep, Isaiah Woodward, was very friendly, professional and did not pressure me at all. Before going to the dealership, I looked over their inventory online and then called to find out more details. It was then that Isaiah began assisting me and I was able to send him all of my required information, before heading out to the dealership. Since we had gone over my budget and qualifications by telephone and fax -- and I also had a quote ready with my insurance company -- all I had to do when I got to Conicelli Toyota was select the car I was interested in, go over documentation with Isaiah, and head over to the finance department to finalize everything. The entire process took no more than 1.5 hours and I was out the door with my new car! Since then, I have been loving my 2018 Corolla and have already received follow up calls from Conicelli Toyota about scheduling service to stay on top of maintenance. I also received an email with information on accessories that are available for my car, which I may look into during my service visit. Overall, what I thought was going to be a stressful experience turned out to be an easier process than I could have imagined, and I am very happy with my car!

I am a bit late writing this; but I never been treated like this at any car dealership (my other cars are Mercedes and BMW). There was no pressure and everything they said they actually did and on time! Everyone I dealt with from Ray Hoisington the manager on down the line treated me like family. Joe Bish my salesman found the exact vehicle I wanted at a better price than anywhere on the East Coast. I would (and have) recommended Conicelli to friends, family and even my patients!

I went to this dealership and thought the service was superb. They got me the deal I wanted (Toyota Camry) with a rate I only thought possible in my dreams (1.9%)! Then a few weeks later the called to inform me that they didn't have me sign all the paperwork. I asked of they could overnight the paperwork and I'd get it done. Three weeks later, they finally sent the paperwork. When I finally received the paperwork, I signed it quickly and left it for pickup by UPS. I received a call from the sales agent who stated who stated that they never received the paperwork. I saw that UPS never picked up the paperwork, I said I'd drop it off to UPS myself. Then, the next day, I received a call that they would repossess the car if they did not receive the paperwork that day. Deeply insulted, I invited them to come repo the car and bring me my down payment. Now they want to talk things through! I don't need the car since I own my Toyota Highlander straight out. But I will never do business with them again. Their error became my problem

We bought our new Toyota Sienna AWD XLE from Conicelli Toyota at Conshohocken in August 2014 and our experience was really very good. The sales agent, Jacob Dank, was the biggest help to us in choosing the right van (Honda vs Toyota) given our needs. He was not at all pushy (like you see at other dealerships) and heard our needs, concerns and questions very patiently and offered us valuable information & advice to make the right decision. We had done some homework on the pricing and had gone to Conicelli just for test drives. But after the test drives, Jacob offered us such a good price that it was hard to say no and we knew we HAD TO buy our van from them. Overall, I highly recommend Conicelli Toyota and their sales agent, Jacob Dank! We will definitely be back to this dealership for our next car, hopefully a Toyota Prius!

So I arrived at Conicelli and I met Pete! Pete was awesome! He was so attentive and understanding of my needs and my situation. I felt I wouldn't be able to get a good deal however Pete is just amazing at what he does! I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and didn't feel like I was being sold against my wishes. He was honest and listened to my every need and crafted a sale according to my wishes and needs. Very uncommon these days to get what you want AND a good deal at the same time at a dealership but he made it happen and I am forever grateful! This place has exceptional Customer Service and I will be a loyal customer!

Found a fantastic deal on their website for a Corolla. Contacted them through online chat & email, spoke with Stephanie Fennell and she was super helpful. And what a surprise, the cost quoted online was the exact cost I leased for! No hidden charges. When I went in to dealership, Richard Basso, assisted me. He was very friendly and made everything ridiculously easy, and no bad sales pitches! Also, the exact model I need wasn't in stock but they were able to get it in within 4 days. Overall, just a superb car buying experience. Highly recommend.

I was getting to trade in my mini van, still know that I have to get 6 seats passengers but I didn't want to go back to a mini van. I also didn't want to go to a large dealership because I fair of hearing no. But someone told me to go to Toyota in Conshohocken and see Bill Wilson. I spoke to Mr. Wilson on the phone and I just let him know my situation and that I didn't want to waste his time, but he explains to me that I should come in and see him and he would see what can work. First he told to fill out t he information online, then I went in on Thursday 10/09/14 I did my application, I also meet Mr. Arkadiy Kichin a manager he went through the different numbers. I couldn't stay long on this day, but they show me a 2007 Toyota Highlander Limited 3 rows, I fall in love. They ask me to come back Friday 10/10/14 at 9:30am, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Kichin went to work and by 11:30am I'm driving off the parking lot in my Toyota Highlander. Many thanks goes out to Mr. Bill Wilson for standing by his words that he will try, and thank you to Mr. Arkadiy Kichin for taking all my papers look through it so that I could be able to drive off lot in the SUV. Looking for a new or used vehicle, I recommended that you visit and look for Mr. Bill Wilson and Mr. Arkadiy Kichin.

I had need of a car as soon as possible. I called four or five different including Conicelli. I am one of those people who needed special financing help. The dealers all tried to help. Only Conicelli was totally honest and upfront with all information. I had almost made a deal with another dealer the night before, But after talking with my brother I decided to wait. Glad I did. The car I almost bought was a 2006 focus with over 123,000 miles on it. The following day I went To Conicelli and met with Pete Papas. He told me upfront that he would do his best to help me get approved for financing but he would not make any promises. After about 3 hours of working with and his manager he was able to get me approved with a payment I could afford and found me a much better car. He found me a 2008 Hyundai Elantra with just over 78500 miles. It had more equipment and a much better ride than the Ford. I left with my "new" car happy and greatly satisfied with all his work and effort. I would highly recommend him and conicelli to any one looking for a new or used car. When I am ready to purchase again they will get my business. Also the entire staff I met that day was courteous and helpful. Best car buying experience I've ever had and I have purchased 8 or nine cars before my credit problems. Thanks Pete and everyone there at Conicelli.

Great car buying experience with Jacob Dank at Conicelli Toyota ... again! We were very happy last year when we bought our first daughter a Corolla so we went back for our second daughter. Once again, Jacob Dank took the time to understand what we were looking for, found the right car for us, discussed our options and delivered a great car at a great price. Not pushy, very detail oriented and service oriented. My daughter loves her new car and we love the price, financing, warranty and service we received! Nick Loscalzo made the financing and paperwork easy. We love the Conicelli way of treating customers with the "customer is alway right" attitude. Couldn't have had a more positive experience!

Today I drove home my first new car. It's an incredible feeling. I've had many cars in the past, but they were always at least ten years old. I went to Conicelli Toyota looking for something practical, something that would be economical and within my price range of under $20,000. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but also found what I didn't think was possible: a car that I felt was in my price range and that I felt looked amazing. Bob G lead me through the lot with absolutely no pressure. He had one thing in mind: putting me in the car that I wanted. After test driving a couple of prospects I settled on a Toyota Corolla S. The "S" appealed to me because of its sporty look while still maintaining the reputation as a very reliable and safe vehicle,( I have two kids who will also be enjoying this car with me, so safety was at the top of the list.) My Salesman Eric was very informative and I never felt pressured. He showed me all the features of the vehicle that I was interested in and we took it out for a decent test drive. He helped me work out all my options on my trade and the financing that I wanted. I was in and out by noon that day and cruising in my new 4Runner!
