We hold onto our cars until they cannot take another step and grudgingly need to add another monthly payment to our budget. We are diligent with background checking of cars (Consumer Reports, Car and Driver, Edmunds, etc.) before we enter any showroom. Having visited 14 dealerships and met with as many salesman and managers, I can say that this dealership was forthright and considerate of our time and, most importantly, did not use the pressure ploy at any time . Our salesman, Joe, was willing to stay past his schedule in order to help us on 2 occasions and was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the Mazda but about our other top contenders.

I have been a car buyer for the past 18 years. So I know the bad and the good in this field. Marc and Jason H. were very professional and respectful of me and my husband. They gave 100% customer service in explanations and insight to the vehicle we bought. I do not normally give high ratings due to the kinds of experiences I've been through, but this was one of the best. In all honesty the entire group of people were all very nice at North Penn Mazda. Marc and Jason H. were not pushy like some dealers are and they were very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

No need for a shower

I hate buying cars, I always feel like i need a shower afterward. This time was different. I knew I wanted a Mazda and actually drove one at another dealer. A friend told me about North Penn and said she had a good experience so i figured why not? I stopped in on the way home from work and met Jason B, Talk about laid back this guy was easygoing and listened before talking. I explained my needs he listened offered a few comments and suggestions and I was able to make up my mind, He then presented the numbers in a straight forward fashion without the confusing BS I have gotten in the past. I said yes. The next afternoon when i went back with my trade in they looked at it and they gave me what they estimated the day before. Then Jason H the Finance Guy took over and all the numbers were exactly as Jason B presented them, No surprises , no extra fees. The car was ready including the roof rack that had called in and added that morning. They gave me the run down on the car and I was out of there. No need for the shower to get the slime off. I can't understand why my other experiences in the past couldn't have been like this one. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

This is my third Mazda purchased from NP Mazda. Unlike most car dealerships the sales team was a pleasure to work with. No hassles, no pressure which results in enjoyable experience each time. I highly recommend NP Mazda and Mike F. Mike made the experience simple and is part of the reason I will stay a Mazda customer. I got a top quality car from a top quality dealership. I highly recommend NP Mazda If you are looking for a great vehicle to drive and a great and easy team to work with!

What a Dealership!

Took my 2007 CX9 Grand Touring in for an oil change. The service associate mention the deals that Mazda was offering. Spoke with Mike, a saleman, who put together a deal on a 2012 CX9 Grand touring. $43.00 for the oil change(traded in) and plenty of s(miles) to go on a 2012. Thanks North Penn Mazda.

Best experience buying a new car

North Penn Mazda exceeded my new car buying experiences. They were extremely courtous and had the exact car I inquired about on Edmunds.com. No sale pressure, no switching cars, no high pressure warranty deals..it truely was my best experience buying a new car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting an honest deal.
