Not the experience I was expecting

From the time I walked in until I left I had a friendly comfortable experience. Now don't get me wrong this place is like walking into a time warp (a little dated) and I hate buying cars so I think my mood was sour from them start! For one my credit could use some work and whenever I go into a dealership I feel like a second class citizens. NOT here! They were will to work with me and I was able to get a new car and help my credit in the long run. Not once did I feel pressured or judged. Thank you courtesy for all your help! This was the best birthday present for myself and my family!

This place is a bait and switch company. The people that work here are horrible. They low balled my trade and with their lease add that was in the paper,until they figured out the price for the lease it went from 99.00 to 339.00 per month. Stay away [violative content deleted].

Bait and switch salesman

Steer clear of these guys! Especially Tony. He quoted me a price of $22,274 (out the door) for a 2008 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler AWD / Dual top / auto / "S" package in black on at the end of the day on Saturday, Feb 7th 2009. He told us "he had them in a couple of other colors too". My father talked to Tony on the following Monday (Feb 9) and went back and forth 3-4 times on the price and negotiated an out the door price of $23,700 including sales tax in New Jersey. My father checked with me, and I said go ahead and give him a deposit. Tony requested $2000 to hold it for me and said he would email the paper work to my dad. My dad then calls me at 8:00 Monday night telling me that Tony now says there is "no car" at that price and that it was "sold" on Saturday. And the others ones "must have been sold" too. Paleeeease! My father spent most of the day working over the deal on Saturday, (they were closed on Sunday) and Monday with him and only when we decided to send him money to finalize the deal did he mention the car was "sold on Saturday". And the other colors were not available. He wasted my father's and my time on Saturday and Monday. The only good news is, we are glad we didn't send him any money or ended up buying it from him, as I can't imagine how that experience would have gone. My next email is going out to the Better Business Bureau. And to any other dealer but them.
