Do Not Trust

If you value your money and safety do not go to this dealer. Purchased a 2010 GMC sierra from them. Was told that it was in great shape. Smelled fuel on and off from day one but did not think anything of it till it got so bad and the check engine light came on. I took this truck to another Chevy dealer that I trust and the whole fuel system needed to be replace and the they said that they would not put this truck on their lot to sell. They also stated that this truck could have very easily caught on fire. This truck was what the dealer called a salt truck and the dealer purchased it at action. The frame rails and underneath of the truck were undercoated so you could not tell that it had rust issues. This all happened in a matter of 4 months. Tried to contact the dealer and received the run around and could never get in touch with the manger and no fix for the issue. Also called GM and the dealer lied to them as well. This has all been reported to the BBB and we are now taking legal action. Again do not trust this dealer with your money and you safety. Please do not go through what we are

I purchased a 2002 chevy cavalier for my daughter from this dealership on Dec. 22 2007. when we went to take it for a test drive they had to jump start it(dead battery) They said it was because the dome light was left on. 2 days after we picked it up, the battery was dead, the dome light was not a factor, this model shuts off a dome light that is left on after 45 minutes. they offered to pay $35 dollars to replace it, the cheapest battery was $50. Now it's summer and getting warm out, the AC doesn't work, it blows in the outside air. we turned it on during the test drive to check, but since it was December, it was just blowing in the outside air which was cold, which led us to believe it worked. It doesn't. I called the dealer to register a complaint and after explaing to them the above problem they promptly HUNG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. This was my first AND LAST purchase from Zeiglar Chevrolet.

I had been shopping the large dealers in the local area and was treated to the 3 to 4 hour long games of the "tower" system of starting the price high with them hoping you get tired and give up. The sales people did not know anything either. When I got to Zeigler's it was easy going, no pressure. I spent most of the morning comparing cars. When I asked for them to work my deal, it was painless and where I spent hours up town to try to get to and never did, was presented right away.
