Honesty, Integrity

I have bought several cars from Krause dealership. I also have had them serviced here for many years 20+. I have always been impressed by their integrity, honesty, clean dealership, waiting room and service area. I have had very few issues with the great product, Toyota. When I have, I know I am in good hands. As a Woman, dealing with buying, selling and servicing cars is stressful but I have found that Krause takes all my stress away.

I purchased a used car and found out afterward that it was missing wheel wells, the engine cover was fastened with zip ties, and the breaks were bad. Because I drive for work I specifically asked if the car had been thoroughly checked out. The service department reported to me when making repairs that the sales department was aware of the problems and chose to sell it in that condition

GIVING CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE

Comes as no surprise to us why this dealership is "the oldest in the country". The staff with which we made contact knows how to treat people, that is, like a human being and not solely as a means to their financial end. The way customers should be treated if you want a successful business. For example, our first visit to Krause's was within 30 minutes of its closing. Throughout the process of checking out the two vehicles we saw on their website, the salesman, Doc L, never gave us the impression he was in a hurry nor alluded to their closing time. Simply took his time, reviewed/explained both vehicles, answered our questions, and then ended up being locked out of building. (Oops, sorry about that Doc.) We left having a good feeling about Doc and the dealership. During our second visit we were able to enjoy the inside of the dealership and take a test drive. New location is extra clean, neat, and has spacious salesperson's desks allowing ample space among them for privacy. As busy as it was that day, steps were taken so not to delay our test drive, trade-in evaluation, and negotiating time. Throughout the entire process, Doc was respectful, never pushy, listened to and addressed our concerns, and patient with a "nervous Nellie", much in the same manner as your friend would be. After coming to a mutual agreement, Doc, being the good man that he is, recommended lunching on some nerve-calming food at a nearby restaurant. (Guess that's just what docs do.) You won't go wrong contacting him -- [non-permissible content removed]. He'll steer you in the right direction (no pun intended) and do right by you. Tara, who handled the financing, made it distinctly evident that she's been doing this for many, many years . . . so efficient, so proficient and so accommodating and goes the extra mile for YOU. Only negative aspect of our purchase is that our beloved dog was not able to enjoy the spacious cargo area of this hard-to-believe-we-own beautiful, beastly 4Runner.

Great car purchasing experience

Third time we've purchased a vehicle at Krause Toyota and we're extremely please with the experience and highly recommend this dealership, and in particular, Cliff S., the salesperson we worked with. He is easy to work with and has a great support team in the office and service department.

Met with Doc and he and I worked a deal that was hassle free and fair to both parties. If you want a good guy that is willing to work for you ask for Doc.

After not being satisfied at several dealerships, a friend referred me to Cliff at Krause Toyota Scion. Wow! What a difference! I leased, with the possibility of buying, a 2012 Rav 4. Exactly what I wanted to do. Got a fair trade in deal on my old van too. I drove away with a much better deal than I had been offered anywhere else. I highly recommend Cliff at Krause Toyota Scion to anyone who wants a good deal and experience buying or leasing their next vehicle.

A very relaxed atmosphere

From the moment I met the salesman to test drive a car until signing the sales document, there was not the least bit of pressure for making a deal. They accepted my first bid number on a new Camry Hybrid, and gave me a respectable quote on my trade-in. I walked out feeling this was a great deal. I recommend Ken L. if you are looking for low pressure and a very personable sales person to work with.
