stay away from fairway ford in bradford pa!!!

i bought a 2009 car 6 mos ago and it has been horriable! i had it in the shop several times and of course nothing can be figured out. mean while i got to drive a loaner car that couldnt go over 45mph due to transmission issues! my husband suggested i go and see if they would get me out of the car, you know, try to keep a customer. NOPE! they wouldnt give me a good deal and spoke to me awful. they never returned phone calls and each time i would call to see if we could come to a deal his excuse was he was a very busy man. the salesmans exact words to me was " i will not loose my a** on this deal" and " i dont have time to argue with you about this" i did not want a hand me out i just wanted out of a lemon and into something else. he basically said i bought a used 2009 so what did i expect. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! the bradford communtity cant figure out why we are dying and everyone shops out of town,.....well congrat's fairway ford for showing us why!!! you are a horriable place oh and they are never willing to tell you the price on a car they love to use this line " does it really matter how much it is?' " at the end of the day it is all about you and what you are willing to pay for it" what a bunch of CRAP!! and trust me if you shop there, you will pay for it again and again just STAY AWAY!!!

Buyers beware of this dealership, please! Nothing but lying [violative content deleted]. Please be sure to read all paperwork before signing anything from any dealership, especially this one! My wife & I live 50 miles from this dealership, which was a mistake all in its own, because their service is horrible. They never return calls. I had to actually make a trip there to schedule an appointment for a manufacturers defect and a computer fault, which they knew about when we purchased the vehicle, but never called to set up an appointment to get this fixed & would not even return our calls. Their excuses are always that they are really busy. Now, after doing some research of the dealership, we learned that they are hurting for business and our known for terrible service, especially if you are from out of town. We also learned that they have had 5 complaints within the last year with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB rates a company from A-F, this dealership is rated D. The whole process, starting from week one has been nothing but a nightmare! Never in our lives have we been through an ordeal as this. We lost thousands of dollars doing business w/this dealership. The way the economy is now, who can afford this now or at any time? It is truly sad when a business will rob you of your hard earned money without a second thought & to top it all off they will not return your calls. Of course, when we were looking to purchase a vehicle they made all sorts of promises & were very attentive. Within the first week we had a major problem with the vehicle & tried to call them for 2 days. My wife & I finally had to both take off work and go there personally to get their attention. This nightmare has been going on for over a month now. Please, please, think twice before doing any business with this dealership, we would hate for you to make the same mistake we did. This has been a very, very hard learning experience, we can only hope that our experience will help in NOT choosing this dealership!
