onSo glad I found them and purchased my first Cadillac from them in June 2016. A Escalade 2016 ESV. Sandi Kirby and Jeff Yates are the best people I have ever met. I have been looking for over a year and even went 3 hours away from my home of state Maryland to buy from this team in PA.They give me Platinum service and flawless treatment. I will go no where else again and only wish they were in Maryland too! I wish that we went to them first and you will too no joke! I am still amazed! onFaulkner has great sales & service departments. They keep to their appointment schedule. They provide transportation if they need to keep your vehicle for an extended time period. Your car will look as clean or cleaner when it is returned as when it was dropped off. I have become friends with Scott Peters in service and Tim David in sales. I trust both my Cadillac and Corvette to these people.

onRoutine maintenance oil and tire rotation. Service did forget to put the proper air in the rear tires. Should be 40 psi only had 34. My Onstar notification alerted me.

onI took my 2013 Corvette in for inspection, emission test, and the first oil change. I waited for the car and it was done quickly. The service staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. It does not get any better than that.

Faulkner - Up Front and Helpful

onI arrived at the dealership and thought, here I go again. I was looking at the used cars when a salesperson came out and asked if I would like any assistance. I asked where the less expensive cars were. 1st car for a young driver. They quickly pointed me to a section with over 10 very nice looking vehicles, discussed my needs. They actually listened to me and suggested a recently traded vehicle which they promptly retrieved for a test drive from somewhere in the back. We drove it and upon my return someone had gotten the report on the car so I would not have to wait I was presented with a price, carfax, and a service report of what they found while they looked at the car and what they had done to it. I was impressed with the speed at which this had been done. At other dealers in the area they either told me they did not have any economy priced vehicles, or asked if I was buying today. No matter what my answer was, I would be subjected to pressured to buy a vehicle that was above my price limit or did not meet my needs. (They had not listened) At Faulkner we had a informative review of the vehicle, some discussion of price without a lot of back and forth. I indicated I needed some time to think about it. I was thanked by a manager who ensured they understood my needs, how the car matched them and asked if my experience had been satisfactory or exceptional. I was surprised when they waited for my answer and took in my points. As I stood they thanked me- no arm twisting - no issue with me leaving just a feeling that they cared about customers. I purchased the vehicle later that week and experienced a relatively quick process- It was helped by their flexibility in allowing me to send my information via various electronic media and addressing my questions quickly.. I have received several calls from the dealership and when I needed help getting some items fixed due to a mishap I was welcomed and helped by sales person who assisted in scheduling and transporting one of us to pick it up. Seems like they really did care and have treated me that way each time they see me.

DONT LOOK FOR SERVIE AFTER THE SALE!

onWe needed to replace a second car and were looking for a used car. We had 3 that were in the running, a Mazda 3, a VW Jetta and a Pontiac G6 (all 2006). Although I did not want the G6, my son and husband loved it and my husband thought in todays economy it would be nice to buy american. Our sales person was very personable and really want to make the sale. He called, followed up, etc. All seemed well until 2 WEEKS after the purchase, the entire electrical wiring on the car went after using a cell phone charger, that is right, the ENTIRE wiring harness went! It seems faulkner didn't even remember us. There was no service at all, no offer of a rental since we have been out of a car now for 3 1/2 weeks and no end in site!! Remember, we have only had the car 2 weeks and been out of a car 3.5 weeks!!!! They shipped it to a Pontiac dealer to "deal" with. Luckily, they gave us a loaner, but NOT THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD US THE DUD!!!!! They haven't called to follow up, NOTHING!!! THEY GOT THE CHECK FOR THE SALE, WIPED THEIR HANDS TO US AND DON'T CARE ANY MORE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS, AFTER THE SALE, YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY FORGOTTEN. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE, THE MONEY. THERE IS NO, I REPEAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Should have bought a foreign car or at least a car frorm another dealer. Faulkner sold us a lemon.
