Mike Hamwey & Tom Lalor did an excellent job of helping us through the sales process. Mike even did a wonderful job of babysitting our 3 year old son while my wife and I talked everything over. The process was quick and easy! The service was significantly better than our last experience at a Kia dealership in Ohio. We are very happy with our decision to make the long trek to C. Harper Kia to purchase a car.

Good Dealership but watch salesperson

I sent an offer to the sales person and was told that the deal was approved. After the SP got my driver's license and SS# she disappeared but keep coming back for additional info. I then halted her and flat out asked if we had a deal at the price I sent and was told "YES"....after a few seconds she stated "with tax and title & plates"! I then stated firmly that is was not the deal we agreed upon! I then had to talk to a another person and in a few minutes I was told I would get the deal that we agreed upon. I would recommend this dealership again, but not the sales person.

I email 4 dealers with a "fair deal" pricing quote. 3 of them email back that they could come close to it, adding $800 to $1100 to the "fair price" quote but CHarper emailed back that they would accept the deal. The saleswoman was a bit overzealous in completing the deal and not explaining what was going on until I got firm with her. We finally got on the same page and I got the deal I asked for at the "fair price" KBB quote. I was surprised to finally find a stand-up dealership. I would suggest that everyone go the CHarper Kia for a great deal.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I came in expecting to be buried in my vehicle (I had $3500 of negative equity). After all of my rebates that they worked for and the discounts I got, I pretty much got rid of my junk car free and clear and I'm in a brand new 2017! I absolutely love it and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! Such a warm environment.

I worked with the internet team at C Harper Kia through Edmunds mostly because of their "Price Promise".. It was great! I didn't even have to leave my house! Edmunds got me the price promise and C Harper promptly honored it! Had everything picked out for me ahead of time, so all I did was pretty much sign and drive!!

2016 Kia Sorento SXL

We bought our new 2016 Kia Sorento from C. Harper . This is our second purchase of a Sorento from C. Harper. We also bought a brand new Sorento from C. Harper in 2012 . We bought both cars from the same salesman, Craig Waldron . We felt that Craig was easy to get along with and he didn't seem like he was pressuring you into a deal . He was very helpful and went over the features and operations of the vehicle before we drove away. We would have no problem coming back to Craig and C. Harper to buy our next vehicle.

I recently bought a 2015 Kia Sorento. I cannot say enough about the service that I received at C.Harper, and continue to get from them. Julie Basinger, my sales rep, was amazing. I told her what I was looking for and what I could afford. She went the extra mile to make sure I could walk out with my dream car. I strongly recommend everyone to deal with Julie when even thinking about getting a new car. She made the effort to care about me and just not the sale.
