The people as usual are fantastic. They keep you in the loop all throughout. The only thing I didn’t like is the message you get when they are done and what you owe is on there. That amount and the amount you actually owe are significantly higher and gives you a pretty big shock. That needs fixed. Asap. Other than that small glitch I definitely recommend CHarper Service.

Friendly and transparent pricing. Although, due to the staffing crunch, I waited 2 1/2 hours to have four tires mounted, and an alignment. Excellent overall, though.

Enjoyed the new car buying experience. Ryan was very helpful with the purchase and everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the GM discounts and the total amount I had to pay for the car. In retrospect, I realize that I was a very naive consumer. Because I felt a slight connection with the salesperson, I assumed I would be paying a fair price for my 2018 vehicle. It has NEVER been my experience to pay sticker price for a car. I have no one to blame but myself. .... I will certainly not be purchasing another car from CHarper.

Rotated tires but didn't reset the tire gauge sensors to correct tire. At least the driver side door not smashed like they did to my wife's car in the Connellsville C Harper location
