Very disappointing visit

I recently visited this Brown Daub because they had the specific vehicle I wanted. Upon arrival I walked around for 30 minutes (not seeing the one I wanted) without anyone coming outside to assist me. So I went inside and asked for help. This is where it became even more disappointing. I was greeted by a sales person, Rick. He could care less of what I had to say, instead checking and typing on his cell phone as he half heartedly spoke with me. He asked his manager who was very busy if he knew where the vehicle was. The manager did drop everything to help as the sales person sat in the chair with his foot up on the desk. From there I just said forget it. The salesman, not even looking up mumbled something that I couldn't here. As I reached for the door, another manager came storming towards me. I didn't catch his name, because he never gave it to me. In fact he spoke so fast I could not keep up. At this point I was wondering what was going on. I had a salesman who was lazy not helping me and a sales manager trying to keep me there buy didn't know the first thing about what I wanted. He just kept saying we'll figure it out.... all while the salesman was still sitting there with this feet up. So I went with another sales person who was very nice but the vehicle I wanted wasn't there. So, exhausted, I left. On my way to friends, I stopped at their other store in Easton. The vehicle I wanted was there. Within an hour I had the deal I wanted. I left and came back the next day and wrapped it all up. I don't know what the difference is between the two stores, same company, different experiences. Never have I been so rudely treated or ignored.

After using a shopping service and visiting various dealers in my area, I went back to Brown-Daub Dodge-Jeep in Bath, PA. I purchased a few vehicle previously from this store. They are even better in 2010, from the GM to the sales person. They want your business, they do not waste your time, they give you their best price right up front, no games or gimmics. They are curteous and gracious in their business practice. They internet manager is an outstanding professional and very, very honest and personable. They pay attention to your needs. I am very happy with my 2010 Wrangler Sahara. Give them a try when you need a new or used vehicle, I think you will be very happy.
