Bought a new Trax!

I purchased a 2019 Trax with a lease pull ahead incentive and other rebates. This is my second experience with this dealership, and I would recommend them to everyone. There are no gimmicks, no games, no drama, no pressure. They are honest and straightforward, and they answer all of your questions in easy to understand language. Every employee was pleasant and welcoming.

I found a vehicle in Scott's stock on the internet. I had been searching for a vehicle of this year/make/model for about a year. Nick Koch was assigned as their representative. I hadn't purchased a vehicle from out of state and Nick was patient and supportive with my purchase. It was difficult for me to visit the dealership so I relied on the internet description. When I received the car it was as described. Nick's communications were timely and helpful. The paperwork I received gave me a smooth trip to my state's motor vehicle department to register it. I am a fully satisfied customer.

Fantastic Experience

We love our Chevy Cruze and everything about our buying experience at Scott Chevrolet. I am an ex-GM engineer who is no longer employed by GM but still loves General Motors vehicles. My wife works in Sales for a large pharmaceutical company and in the past 25 years has never had to buy a car. She is moving into a new position within her company and is losing her company car benefit. Everything about the low pressure, high knowledge sales experience at Scott was exceptional. We both will recommend Scott Chevrolet to anyone!

Bought a brand new tahoe from the dealership 4 years ago from Rob Gerber....that was a horrible experience with many issues. So, I was a little hesitant of this time. However, Kris and used cars sales manager Dan Vince did an amazing job at redeeming the Scott dealership name for me. Both Kris and Dan were amazing and extremely helpful and flexible for me in multiple different ways. They also did aknigolwedge and apologize for the experience years ago. Thank you Kris and Dan. I will say, previously I did not recommend Scott's dealer to people...however I now do recommend Scott's to people...and specifically tell them to go to Kris.
