Great Experience!

I recently decided to trade my 2015 4Runner for a new 2019 4Runner and couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked with Sales Representative Ryan Rabern, Sales Manager Mark Aggson & Finance Manager Jon Timmons. I told them exactly what I was looking for and my monthly payment needs. 3 hours later was driving off the lot with a new 4Runner, fully covered with an extended warranty and gap insurance WITHOUT going over my requested monthly payment! And it was exactly what I had asked for exterior color, interior color, options, the whole package! No pressure just great information and helpful tips to make sure I made the most educated decision possible. I have also dealt with Ken Anderson in the service department on many occasions and I have never found a more attentive and helpful service technician. Needless to say I will not take my business elsewhere, Lithia Toyota has earned a lifetime customer and I will be sending all my friends and family their way!

Best Price, Customer Service, and Transparency!

Price, customer service, and transparency- this is what made my experience at Lithia Toyota of Springfield a quick, painless...and actually fun experience. Did I mention I live in Alaska and found the car via the internet? I looked at numerous dealerships trying to get the 2015 Scion xB 686 I was looking for and ended up purchasing here. The quoted price was not only below MSRP, but it was the best deal anywhere I could find. I worked with Tim and Rodney and both were responsive, receptive, and honest. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Prior to arriving, I ended-up wanting to add fog lights, and some other add-ons, and they took the time to provide me with a quote before moving forward, so I knew what the added costs would be prior to installation. When I showed-up, I had a tight turn-around to sign the paperwork and get the car to the shippers in Washington on the same day: all of the add-ons were installed, and the car was ready to go. Tim and Rodney proved to be good to their word having everything in order and ready when I arrived first thing. Rodney was there on the day of and was fantastic to work with in person too. I even enjoyed working with the Finance team and some of the support staff who helped to get the DMV paperwork in order since the car’s final destination was Alaska. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone, and I would definitely buy a car here again.

Worth the drive!

We drove over 150 miles to Springfield, past several other Toyota dealerships, to make our purchase after having a great initial phone and email contact with Lyle and Burt. We were not disappointed once we arrived as everyone was genuine and friendly from sales through finance. Our overall deal was no pressure and fair. We will definitely make the drive again for our next purchase.

After searching around 3 other dealerships for a new Tacoma, Ron and Sam at Lithia were extremely helpful, cut to the chase regarding my trade and exceeded all expectations on arriving at a deal in less than 45 minutes! Taking delivery of our new truck was even better: Ron was fantastic - he was promptly ready for me at the precise moment of our appointment, took his time reviewing everything with me. I doubt we'll ever shop elsewhere in the future. Bravo Lithia Toyota! You have a new customer for life.

The courtesy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service were beyond compare. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They also stood behind what they promised and did not play games with pricing or up selling. I felt comfortable and not pressured at any time. We just purchased a new 4-runner today and couldn't be happier with the experience. We had gone to look a few months back, knowing we couldn't purchase for a few months. Eric Edgar was so helpful without being pushy. He kept in touch with us and let us know when new 4-runners were expected at the lot. He was able to find the perfect car for us with the perfect timing for our needs. We will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Out with the old, In with the new

I was having problems with my old car and wanted to trade it in for a new one. I had already talked with Eric Edgar about coming in and looking for something new. I thought I wanted a corolla but Eric really listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the direction of a RAV4. After talking about the price and trade in, the only problem I had was picking the color out. I really never go to another dealership again. The whole process was really fast and easy. If Eric wasnt really listening to me, I would be driving around in something I was not happy with.

I had such a great experience buying my new truck! Salesperson Eric Edgar was professional and personable and listened to what I really wanted. I have never had such a fun time at a car lot. After my first trip I actually called Eric to set up an appointment to view other cars because I was so impressed with his customer service. He deserves your business!

What service should be

Lithia offers Lifetime oil changes on cars they sell. I purchased this option with my new '99 Tacoma, which I still drive daily. After 15 years I still go there for service. The Lifetime Oil change paid for itself in the first 5-6 years, so was a good decision. Lithia hs an express service shop, where routine maintenance tasks are handled without appointment, just drive up and you will have your oil changed and your vehicle inspected promptly, This sold me on their commitment to service. They have offered competitive quotes on repairs as well, so I am very satisfied with their organization as a whole.

Great experience

Yesterday my wife and I went to Lithia Toyota in Springfield, OR prepared to do battle with pushy salesmen and tricky financing. I should have known better from previous experience, as I had previously purchased two vehicles 15 or so years ago with no hassle or disappointment. Our purchase of a new car was smoothly and pleasantly handled by Oliver, who was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. After agreeing on a great price with NO haggling, Oliver sat us down in the car and explained the function of every control and feature the car had to offer. I would definitely purchase from them again. The focus of the whole experience on their part was that we were happy and satisfied. No other dealership I have dealt with has treated me this way. Helpful Service

When I moved to Eugene I needed to find a Toyota dealership that could help get factory parts for my car. Lithia has been so helpful and professional in always accomodating my requests. We've had weird issues, like the audio adapter going out. Lithia provides us with a car for the day and have been very open and honest about our options and the cost. Highly recommend them for their professional approach and service.

After seeing my mom’s new Camry that she bought from Lithia Toyota in Springfield, I knew that I wanted one for myself. I decided to inquire online about trading in my Honda Fit toward the purchase of a new Camry. Keith M., the internet sales manager, was excellent to work with. He was always quick to respond to my emails and helped me to realize that the regular Camry was a better option than the hybrid model for my driving needs. I settled on a Camry SE Sport in magnetic gray metallic. It had all I wanted plus more. Keith was awesome in getting me a fair price, more for my trade-in, and a great price on an extended warranty. I communicated what I wanted and didn’t want such as being pressured to buy extras when sitting down with the finance manager. He communicated my requests to the others at Lithia and I felt zero pressure during the whole process. Before leaving, they filled my gas tank, washed the car, showed me how to operate everything, and synced my phone to the car. I appreciate the stress-free experience I had in buying a car through Keith and would recommend anyone wanting a new car to go talk to him.

Excellent experience buying my first car from Hamad A. Was very helpful and accommodating as I dragged him through the daunting process of a first time buyer. Tried out quite a few cars and he was attentive and gave excellent advice for what kind of car would be right for me. Sales process was relatively quick and was in and out in a matter of minutes.

New Tacoma Truck Price estimate

I was very disappointed in your new car/Truck manager Late last year at Lithia Toyota in Springfield. After a disagreement on his very unreasonably high price estimate on the phone on a 2013 Toyota. He told me to never visit or call Lithia Toyota in Springfield Oregon ever again.I will Happily Honor his request, because I wouldn't ever like to visit a Dealership with such a Unprofessional Sales Manager working there. Within a week later I bought a new 2013 truck at a really great local Dealership nearby...Your Loss Lithia!!

Outstanding buying experience!

I was looking for a 2013 RAV4 XLE. I sent out an email to 5 dealers in Oregon. At this point I had not specified color. Scott N got back to me right away with a truly amazing price! He had the color I wanted, Pyrite, and it included the Navigation option and mud flaps, which weren't not something I had to have, but the price was too good to pass up! I took his deal to our local dealer and he laughed and said there is no way they could match the price and quite frankly he would be surprised if they had the car and if I got it at the price they were quoting me! Well, I picked it up yesterday for the price quoted. Everyone at Lithia/springfield was very nice. Jason C was stepping in for Scott since he had the day off and it was an excellent dealership experience! I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to check prices with these guys. We had to drive 2 hours to pick it up, but they also deliver for a very small fee!!

Lithia Toyota is a complete ripoff

The first night seemed to go well, my "salesman" was not available and called to make sure he had someone to meet me (mark aggers "manager" ) met me and seemed nice enough, checked out a car that was the wrong color, he told me that getting the right color would be no problem, he already checked another lot down south and had the car I wanted, I looked at the invoice for the other car, Yep, Blue ribbon metallic, grey cloth interior, sunroof, (no spoiler I wanted but agreed to settle) so I sign my life away since he was getting me the car I wanted, so I thought. He calls me promptly the next morning to inform me that my new car had pinstripe, I said ok as long as they were stick on (the wife hates pinstripe) so he calls another hour later to tell me they are painted on, but its okay since they match the tan interior so well.....what the [violative content deleted] is he talking about....tan??? Then he goes on to say that we agreed to take a similar car...[violative content deleted]. I checked all my paperwork, nothing about a similar car. So him being my "buddy" as he says, finds me another car way up north but cant get it shipped to his lot until I sign his new papers that he sends to my shop with a lot [violative content deleted]. I checked the papers, they added more money to the price, changed the payment terms, added the warranty I declined more than a few times (hello I am a mechanic) and he agreed to send a form that said if I didnt like the exact car he gets me then we can back out of the deal and never sent that, then I call him and he said to sign all the forms and he would take the warranty off the paperwork after it gets back to his office (are you kidding me? who is that stupid?) then he trys to send more paperwork with the 72 month warranty I agreed on? I only accepted the factory 36 month warranty and now he has changed the numbers a third time,was 36, then 84, then 72, and with the re-finance paperwork he sends I now save 3,000 dollars, can you guess how much the warranty costs? I can...3,000. So I called my lawyer and he says I cant be forced to pay for the car since I never took delivery of it, and mark calls me later that night and trys to get me to sign more papers and "thinks there might be a spoiler" on the new car, he will go and check and wants me to meet him at the lot, and when I told him it didnt he asked how I knew, I copied the invoice for the second car they sent to my shop to sign and broke down the whole car and all options by calling kendall toyota and mark got very upset about this (the second car was probably not the one I wanted either and I called him on it) and my buddy mark continues to try to sell me the car even with the awesome 277 dollars worth of floormats and still no spoiler, I yell at him some more and he tells me he will talk to his boss and call me early the next day to see if he can get me the spoiler. So I wait until 2pm after calling his office twice and he finally calls me back and tells me they can include the floormats for free (whoopty [violative content deleted] doo) but still no spoiler, (and they dont tell you that if I get a spoiler and bolt it on the car, then I have no warranty because its a modification, nice huh) so I had it out with him and told him that since he could not sell me the car I wanted and that he had already lost all trust I may have had that I did not want to do business with him and he insisted that everything that happened with the messed up invoice and warranty and colors were all accidents, he tries to convince me that I forgot that I agreed to the longer warranty and agreed to take another color if they couldnt do blue (red and blue are pretty different) and he reminds me that I cannot read english neither can the wife and that the numbers were flip flopped from warranty to payment plans and he would fix them, yeah [violative content deleted] pal, and to top it all off the salesman john o'callahan that emailed me (his email goes to
