I was not heard by the salesman and left without getting what I had asked for and when I called within 24 hours they laughed at me and said I could not return my purchase. They also kept my trade-in without paying me for it, lying about the payment each time I called to pick up the check. It took me going into the dealership, waiting for an hour to talk to the GM who wouldn't help me in the first place, and then getting loud around buying customers. Then my check was ready within five minutes. I would not recommend this dealership. If you want to get a really great experience with Toyota, go to Beaverton Toyota. Don't go here, you'll be disappointed and possibly ripped off.

i bought a used 2010 RAV4 V6 Sport from Toyota of Portland. i am almost 70 and this was the best experience i have ever had with a car dealer. the people working there were so pleasant. everyone. my salesman was Vitaliy and he really helped me get the car i wanted. i came over from Bend, OR and saved 4 thousand dollars on the same vehicle with almost the same miles. the difference was this was in such better condition and the color was what i wanted. i am so happy.
