Great interaction

If you're looking for the drama and confrontation and game playing that is often a part of the car buying process, this dealership may not be for you. My experience was extremely straightforward. I was somewhat familiar with the car and had been watching prices and availability for quite a while - so I knew the price was reasonable. I connected with Thien Do very early in their process with the car - they hadn't yet completed their safety checks / preparation - but he arranged for me to be able to test drive it that day, and was patient as my wife took a test drive with it as well despite it being pretty much at closing. We went home, discussed it and made a decision. Arranged to meet Thien the next day and drove out with our new car. Only negative was that the car didn't have a cargo compartment cover, which I thought we had discussed. Could have just been a misunderstanding. However, Thien had taken the time to get to know some of the operation of the car and took the time (after we had signed) to go through those things with me. Saved me months of ignorance on some of them, I'm sure. It was good to be able to ask questions and get answers, although he was straightforward about details that he didn't know about - given that the car is not a Mercedes product. Overall, the most pleasant car buying experience I've had.

Best car purchase every

I bought my AMG GLE from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton recently. Everything from the ordering of the car to the pick up was top quality. I got wonderful help ordering the car exactly as I wanted it. Got updates about the car being made. On the pick up date I got treated as royalty and two of the staff explained the car operation system in detail to me and came with me in my first drive of my car to my home. Couldn't have imagined a better experience.

We couldn't decide whether to lease or to purchase, and Ata and Andrew applied a no-pressure team approach to make sure all of our questions were answered. After a personal thanks from David, the general manager, we drove away in our new ML350, confident that we were valued customers. Introduction and follow up has been top shelf. Definitely worth the travel across two states for service like this!

We had a great car buying experience at Beaverton Mercedes. During the process we visited the dealership several times and test drove several cars. Each time we were attended to professionally and courteously by the staff, all our questions were answered, and they worked with us to find us a car that suited our needs at our budget. Buying Through USAA

MB of Portland/Beaverton have been servicing our vehicles for more than eight years. We looked forward to getting our new MB through MB of Beaverton. We are thrilled with the process for purchasing the car. We had a pre-approved loan with USAA and bought the car through their car buying service. We called Brandon @ MB of Beaverton and told him which car we were interested in. Thirty minutes later we arrived at the dealership and car was ready for inspection. We took it for a short test drive and were happy with the car. We provided the USAA certificate and completed the sale in less than three hours. We got a fair price for our old car and drove our new car home. Brandon and Andre handled all the paperwork. There was no hassles of any kind. Brandon followed up the next week to make sure we didn't have any issues. By far, the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at the dealership is always friendly and helpful.

Having just purchased my ML 350 at MB of Beaverton, I can unequivocally state that they are the best. This is my 8th MB from 3 different dealers (including the market leaders in So. California) and the service, kindness and attento detail at MB of Beaverton are light years ahead. Barack to Ata, Chick and Andrew for all they did to make this transaction so seamless. Don't walk to MB of Beaverton.... run!

When I went into the dealership, I wasn't completely sure about buying a car. Brandon K. and the staff at Beaverton Mercedes made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They were knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying a car- which is exactly why we ended us buying the car of our dreams! The service even after we bougt our car was impeccable. They helped us understand all of the features that came with our car, not once- but twice. I cannot thank Brandon K. and Beaverton Mercedes enough!

Great Buying Experience

We just bought a 2013 GLK from Norm Hunter at Beaverton MB. It was a delightful and easy process. We had NO intention of buying a car that day. We had planned to buy a Lexus RX350 after we sold two cars. Working with Norm was a breeze! He's quite the deal maker. For any objection we raised Norm had a solution - "we can make that work". Everyone with whom we dealt during the transaction (Chick and Miles in Service and Andrew J., Finance Manager) was very helpful and courteous. My husband's observation is that there was no "hard sell" from anyone. Great buying experience and we expect to buy another car from Norm - AFTER we sell a couple of cars!

The Best Buying Experience Ever!

This was by far the best car buying experience in my life! One of the best experiences in general that I have ever had. My husband and I walked up to the car we wanted to purchase to see that it had a "SOLD" sign with our name in the window. Not only that, the car was clean and ready to take home! Upon walking in to the dealership we were greeted with friendly smiles, handshakes and introductions, offered coffee and immediately felt welcomed. Benjamin T. was a pleasure to work with! He promptly called me the next morning after a late night application on the website and went right to work on my loan - which was anything but easy! He called often and kept me in the know of what was happening with financing, what I could expect and made sure I was happy with all of the terms before I even set foot into the dealership. The whole team worked well together and treated us wonderfully. There was no long waiting, the finance department went over everything with my to make sure I understood every detail. We were at the dealership about less than two hours, including the test drive! We would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Benjamin T.! Thank you, Mercedes Benz and Benjamin! Deceit

I recently purchased a car, and I am commenting to say that my cars salesman tried many unethical tactics in selling me a car. This included obvious lying, fudging around numbers thinking I would not notice, and pulling up false data. This is not acceptable. I expected the quality of salespeople to match the quality of the mercedes benz brand, but at this location this was not the case. Although I decided to purchase a car here in the end ( because after catching all of the deceit we finally arrived at a fair price), I will not plan to purchase any car here in the future, nor will I recommend anyone else to purchase any car here in the future. I suspect that anyone who is not very careful could easily be tricked. [contact info removed]
