Professional and Respectful with BIG personalities! I thought for sure as I walked through the doors as a female customer accompanied by her Mother, that this was going to be a scary transaction and I'd spend hours in negotiating or driving cars I didn't want and...... It never happened! I was greeted with big similes, laughter and was treated like one of their own. Their environment, it's very family friendly and honestly, they just blew me away. It all happened so seamlessly I found myself wanting to stay longer just to be there! Thanks for the Big welcome, for treating me with so much respect and love and for.... dealing with my Mom! Lol I appreciate all of yous and Hands Down recommend Carz Planet to all in the market . A transaction you'll never forget!!.

Really, no star at all for this company. We bought a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX. The car looks very clean, seemed to drive all right. We were told, “this car was inspected by Lithia Subaru and they’re the best!! Our shop checked out this car and everything is great, no problems at all. The owner worked at Subaru and it was his baby. He took very good care if it” etc, etc. My husband drove it over the Mt Hood pass and the following Monday we took it to the Subaru shop to get checked out. Thank God he made it home okay!. Where do I start? I can’t even begin to tell you all the things wrong with it. Didn’t understand half of it. Something about metal fragments, the engine, the turbo. After the mechanic did the inspection, they actually pushed the car out of the shop because they didn’t want to start it and have something happen there! I agreed for more inspection to tear it down to see exactly how much damage, if any, to the engine. Also, a noise in the engine was luckily from a loose catalytic converter. There is a severe leak in the steering. Oh! They said someone who didn’t know what they were doing worked on it because the timing belt was in backwards and it’ needs a new one.The fluids were low and dark. Has not kept up on services. Then, something about the suspension. My grandson doesn’t have the money to fix everything at once so his smile and enthusiasm about the car of his dreams is gone. Did not buy the expensive extended warranty but wouldn’t want their shop to work on it anyway if their mechanic thought this car was in great mechanical condition.

When I asked the salesman about the 2nd key fob and key I was told they would be mailed as it was late and the lady that did that was gone. After two weeks I called about it and got the run around. Flat out deceived me. Now I have to buy the key fob and key. BUYER BEWARE

If I could give them a big ZERO, I would! I went looking for a 2500 truck and I test drove 4 trucks. I had one salesman then ended up with a couple of them. They were determined to sell me a truck that day. Long story short, I wanted to take the truck home and have my son in law look it over and not sign the papers. They said that I would be able to bring it back the next day even with signing the papers. I had it looked over and the truck was full of rust underneath and it had been spray painted to cover it up. There was also paint peeling off around the fender wells and the paint was bubbling on the front hood. I took the truck back the next day which was 12 hours later and told them that I did not want the truck and showed them the issues and concerns. They said that I signed the papers and that they would not give me my car back. They made all kinds of excuses. I ended up with yet another truck off their lot. That truck was cheaper but then they added a different warranty to that truck which was more expensive and a shorter period of time. With the second truck, they were to fix 2 things and install a backup camera. A month later, after several phone calls to see when to bring the truck in, I finally got it in. They installed the back up camera but refused to fix the other 2 things. Today they called me to let me know that the truck was done and to pick it up. I confronted them about not fixing the other 2 items and he told me that they were not part of the deal when I actually have the paperwork with them listed. They also threatened to remove the back up camera PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!. DO NOT TRUST THEM! WALK AWAY!!!

This is a terrible business. [non-permissible content removed] My husband and I will be talking to our lawyer regarding taking them to court for a bogus warranty and bad treatment. Don't buy there extended warranty. Don't buy a car from them. There customer service is awful and they are all awful people.

I bought a car that was just 3 years old from these guys and here's how the while experience went down... First of all I had my girl and 2 dogs sitting in the old vehicle I drove there in. They knew this because I kept telling them I had to go, I had to go. But they just kept telling me someone is coming right now.Don't go, they're here any second. Whatever not the worst thing, just annoying. The next day when I went back to buy the car they dat me down and had me sign about 100 different pieces of paper. They didn't really explain one thing to me. In fact, when he was telling me what each document was I was signing, her would start to say, "oh this is just for hg....." and would trail off into nothing! Then he would say it's standard, sign here, and would quickly flip to the next one. This is the first time I've ever gotten a car from a Stealership... Because that's what it felt like. I was told I'd receive a copy of everything I signed in the mail. Then he told me they would fix the broken mirror on the car. Until I found out he lied and wasn't gong to fix anything on it. But wait...there is more. 2 weeks after getting the car home I turn on the ac. And at first not much, or seemed to work ok. Except then the whole car started shaking like I was in a helicopter. My brand new 3 year old car sounds like a 1972 anything piece of Crap! So I figured, ok, they have to fix this right? 3 calls later with no return phone calls. And finally am email and I hey someone to call me back. Guess what? Ya, they'll look at it and tell me what's wrong but they won't fix a thing! Oh and the mail I was supposed to receive... You know the whirlwind of who knows what they had me sign? Ya, I never received one thing from them. When I asked about it in person, they said I had gotten all the "important stuff." Do NOT buy from here! 13ki spent with these guys and they don't wanna get me a car that works that's only 3 years old? Imagine what kind of car you'll be handed when they get a hold of you.... BE AWARE!

Probably should re-evaluate some of their salesmen including chad. The text we got didn’t make sense so I called and his tone of voice and verbiage was incredibly unprofessional so of course my response wasn’t the nicest but either way you should never be rude to a paying customer. Some advice is that if you want to send over text the price of a vehicle take the extra time and add a “$” so we don’t think it’s the vehicles identification number on your website and so it sticks out in the text that we are already trying to decipher. Cash paying customer and will definitely take our business elsewhere.

Just happened to stop in to see a car. Israel helped me and was the only person I dealt with the entire process. I let them know I was on a time limit and he made the process so quick and easy. Definitely my best car buying experience yet!

Never in my wildest dreams did I believe the dealership could secure my financing for my truck. Somehow, these people made miracles happen. I could not possibly be more thrilled! My experience from start to finish was wonderful and I even have a 90 day warranty on this bad boy! Sweet! Thanks so much Sam and Scott, you two are radical!

We were greeted by Corey who was very friendly and enthusiastic and not pushy at all...he introduced us to Curtis who took over helping us with the sale of the truck we had found on line. We would recommend both Curtis and Corey, who made this purchase an enjoyable experience. James and Scott were very helpful with the finalization of the sale. Love the truck!

The salesman we dealt with was very energetic and easy to talk to. We were there for 2.5 hours and drove multiple cars. Once we decided that we weren’t going to purchase anything, they turned around and were rude, calling us [non-permissible content removed] for “wasting their time” which really discouraged us from wanting to buy from them.
