I can see why Hometown Toyota gets the President's Award because of top notch salesmen likes Mike Bevers. This is the third time Mike has sold us exactly what we were looking for. There is no beating around the bush he's straight forward and tries his hardest to get you the vehicle, the price, and the terms that you want. We love dealing with Mike because we can laugh and have a good time. He always checks up on us to make sure we are happy with our vehicles and takes care of our service needs. Alain, our sales associate was absolutely fantastic. We told him what we were after. They had the exact Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road with premium off road package, navigation, 6’ bed, tow package and bed liner. We drove it home. Alain went above and beyond to help us with our purchase at 9:30 at night. We did not have to put a deposit down and wait to have it built, they had the vehicle on site to purchase immediately.

Steves hometown toyota in ontario oregon and their sales rep robert did a amazing job helping me and my husband get a car that fit us and our 4 kids. Ismael worked hard for us and placed no pressure on us during the whole process. Once we had finalized everything they even payed for us to go to lunch while the paperwork was being drawn up. I will have to give them 5 stars for their service and will go back when its time to buy our next vehicle.

What a great truck buying experience! Chad Morales took his time with me by first helping via a phone call, then texts with more information and pictures, and finally a smooth non-pressured purchase of a "new to me" vehicle. Being from Boise I had concerns of conducting a purchase in far off Ontario, OR but the experience was well worth my time. The truck was for my daughter and it brought tears to her eyes. Thank you Chad for all the help! I'd recommend anyone to give Chad a call for help on a vehicle purchase. This is an A++ group of people. Ben

Scam

What a mess... So we bought a Toyota 4 years ago here. Last week David called us and said he had someone wanting a 2014 prius and that he could save us a few hundred dollars a month and get us into a 2018. I pressed as we all know if it SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS! David assured me that was not the case and the deal was pretty much a done one. I told him the mileage of my current car and he said it was not a problem. So Duane and I drove down today to look at cars. David was busy so we got another young man, Cameron. NOTHING was what we were told it was. It was one BIG HUGE SCAM!!!! I ended up walking out and calling the manager, Mark. Who apologized and reworked the numbers. We were able to come to a deal that would work too get the new car. Not my call, if I had it my way I would not have given them my business after being LIED to just to get us to drive 120 miles. When we returned, Mark, the manager didn't even come out to say anything, I guess just convincing the customer to return is where is job is complete. So yes we are completely SUCKERED by the SCAM I guess they still win they got the sale!

Coby Smith is a GREAT & Honest Salesperson

I've had great luck working with Coby Smith after Dan Nugent became the F&A guy. Coby is patient, and will work to find you the best deal. The nice thing about this dealership is that they will start by showing you the actual Dealer invoice on whatever car you're wanting to buy, and then see what you think is a fair price. I send friends & family to Coby and none have been dissapointed with him or the sales process. Also, they charge a $75 Doc fee, whereas other dealers in the area will try and nap you for a $299 Doc fee.

Good experience purchasing a Toyota Truck. Sales Rep was very good, no games. Truck was ready when I arrived, cleaned properly and full of gas. The F&A guy was a little overboard and was really pushing extra services - although did not argue when they were declined. Overall A+
