Great experience...again

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Royal Moore. They have always been thorough in the sales process, very polite and very quick and efficient as they try and get us a good deal and back on the road. Aws was very friendly and made our buying experience enjoyable. Thanks!

2017 Camry

It became time to purchase a new vehicle so my wife and I started shopping. We met the salesman Howard Rice on our first stop. After we left the dealership we shopped at many more. We decided that when we were ready to purchase we would like to give Howard the opportunity. We had many different offers and discussions with other salesman at other dealerships. We went back to Howard and he offered us the best deal in the end. Howard was very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. Howard gets an A+++++ in our book! Thanks again Howard.

Stay away from this dealer, not trustworthy

Stay away from this dealership when buying a used vehicle. They lure you in with somewhat competitive prices for their used cars, but then require you to pay for "mandatory" dealer installed options such as a $389 fee for secure window etching which after verification hadn't even performed on the vehicle we were looking at. Not trustworthy.

Great Service!

My bank referred me to several dealerships for a new truck. Many salesmen contacted me to come see them, but Luis from Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, OR made our decision easy. He was helpful, friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We never felt any pressure or that he used any gimmicks or tricks. He listened to what was important to us and didn't stop working until our needs were met. He worked with us without hassle and got us what we wanted for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership, but especially Luis. I would like to add that the manager, Ron, and the finance manager, Nate, were also awesome! They were honest and worked extra hard for us. All 3 of these gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations. In the future, Royal Moore will be our first stop.

Worth the Drive

Even with the dealership being a 1.5 hour drive, it was worth it. We worked with Austin who was very knowledgable in the Highlander we were looking at. Knowing we were far away, he even texted with my husband and I to get us lots of information without having to drive all the way back. When we came in to fill out paperwork I was under the weather and the whole team was patient with me and made my whole family feel comfortable. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care would definitely lead me to recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

Awesome First Time Car Buyer Experience

Royal Moore Auto Center Toyota/Scion was the first place I stopped at while looking for my first car as it was close to my location. After viewing what they had to offer at the budget I had set, I found a car that interested me. Since I was still shopping around I decided to check out a few other dealerships in the area to see what other options I had. After spending two days shopping around I decided to go back to Royal Moore Auto Center as they made me feel the most comfortable and had a vehicle I knew I could be happy with. Unfortunately during that two day grace period the car I was looking at had been sold. The loss of my original choice didn't hinder my salesperson Micheal Heusler from finding something that I like. Although the vehicle was a little over my budget Micheal and Nate Taylor were able to bring the price down to something I was more comfortable with. The entire experience was great. I've never purchased a car before and did a lot of research and read a lot of horror stories about bad service, sales people, and prices. At Royal Moore Auto Center I didn't have any negative experience. Brent from financing was also able to find me additional discounts after I agreed to purchase the vehicle and was able to bring down my interest rates substantially. All the paperwork went smoothly without a hitch and I am happy with my decision. I would recommend anyone to go and check out Royal Moore Auto Center and get that great experience for themselves of buying a new or used car. Excellent Service Fast and Professional

I went to royal Moore today to look at a Mitsubishi eclipse. They allowed me to take it for a good test drive to see how it fit me and did not pressure into buying. Austin was my sales associate and was laid back but anwsered any questions I had. Pam was also great for financing she went over all of the details so I completely understood what all the charges would be. In total the process took less than 2 hours including the test driver which was around 30 minutes. I will be going back there and directing my friends as well. if you can work with Austin he is very low key and makes the Expierence enjoyable

Royal-Moore Toyota: Professional and personalized

We were looking for the best deal possible, yet with a high-level of professionalism and the backing of a reputable dealership. We had saved our pennies all year to be able to try to purchase a new car at the end of the year at a potentially better price. We found no one who would work with us at the Suburu dealership across the street on New Year's Eve, but the Royal Moore Toyota dealership was friendly, patient, and thorough as we selected our new Prius. In particular, Michael was spectacular.

Avoid this place

Unprofessional, shady, extremely rude. We received a quote by email that could not be backed up in person. Granted, the salesperson we had emailed with was busy with another customer, but he was aware that we were there, and after some private conversations with the other reps, the other reps still had to scramble to see if they could actually deliver the vehicle as quoted. Very small and shady place--we were driven around a lot in search of a vehicle that would suit us; resembled a used car lot with new and used cars intermixed, while the salesguy got out of the car to read the stickers on them. Barebones operation with nowhere to sit while waiting, and rather unclean. Our salesguy was frequently coughing and joked about how he normally wears a mask. The most negative part was the manager, who was very rude, mocking and demeaning when we expressed our frustration at having been lured out to the outskirts of town without basis. Their attitude was "If we can find a car that fits, then you get to buy the car; if we don't, then you can walk away. No biggie."

Best Overall Sales and Service

I serviced my previous Scion at Royal Moore Toyota Scion, and had nothing but great experiences, so naturally, when it was time to get a new Scion, I went to them. Hank made sure I was well taken care of. There was NEVER any pressure, and you could tell he truly cared that I found the right car at the right price that would work for me. This day was a pivotal moment in my life (getting a divorce, buying my first new car all on my own), and Hank was there guiding me each step of the way. Bill, of course was a rock star too, checking in, making sure I was happy with my new Scion, and then I can't not mention Doug, the magic man, who worked with me on my financing, and made sure I walked away satisfied with my trade in and payments. Thank you to all who helped me get my life back at Royal Moore Toyota Scion. I will be stopping in to say HI when I get my Scion serviced!!

Great service and Great price!

We were rear ended in our previous Toyota and it was totaled by the insurance. We wanted to find a similar replacement. The folks at Royal Moore did not have exactly what we were looking for in stock, but they were able to find it within a couple of days and even better were able to match the best price I could find online! This was our 2nd new car purchase from Royal Moore and the sales service was excellent both times. I highly recommend them, they will treat you right!

The Awesome Guys at Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro

The Guys at Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro are some of the best people to work with. Jason Walraven Contacted me when I requested information very quickly, he was always friendly ,courteous and very helpful. He was available to work with me and when our times Clashed a bit he figured out a way to get me through the process quicker. Getting Rick Martin to finish things up while he was busy with other clients. Rick Is also a great Guy I sat with rick and talked with him for a while and he was a joy to talk to. Rick was a great he took me on another test drive he was very pleasant to work With and He saw to my needs. Both These guys I can not say enough good things about. they really work hard for you to get you a great deal. I Really appreciate The Awesome Staff At Royal Moore Toyota I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get a good deal on a great Car, These guys will do all they can to help you get what you need. Bad Sale

I went to royal Moore thinking I was going to get taken care of. I was than pressured I. Getting a car I was in happy with I was promised I was getting taken care of. The day I signed the lease I found out my car was over priced I was sold I referred 3 people to them they all bought newer cars. I was under the impression the finance guy was going to take care of me but he did not. I went to them because I brought them business I can no longer afford my car and they won't help me in any way. I will not refer anyone else because of there bad business practice

Perfectly Horrible Experience.

My Wife, two young sons and I went to Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, Oregon to test drive a car. The "salesman" who we met was quite impersonal, never gave us his name - no big deal. The real problem was that when my children were in the car and doing something that the "salesman" didn't like (very minor - moving the headrest up), he raised his voice and pointed a finger, closely at my son saying: "Don't Touch That!!.... I Said Don't Touch That!!". Holding back every urge I had to tackle him (which took all that I had), I immediately got my family out of the car and left the dealership. I am amazed that in an extremely competitive market and an economy where car companies are struggling to sell cars - that a "salesperson" would act in such a ridiculously unprofessional manner. We were considering a Toyota as well as two other cars. Needless to say that we will not be buying a car from Royal Moore Toyota - and after the bad experience, will Not be buying a car from Toyota due to the fact that they are the type of company who employs people of such bad character. I very highly suggest not going to Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro unless you want to tackle a terrible salesman.

Purchased our dream car!

We purchased a 2010 Highlander at this dealership after searching around throughout the whole Portland area. This place has the color that we were looking for, and asked for a reasonable price (one of the two lowest prices we quoted from nearby dealerships). The sale associate Eddie was very friendly and patient. Overall it's a very nice buying experience.

I don’t have any positive or negative comments on the sales effort leading up to closing the sale. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much it would be before I chose Royal Moore Toyota. I chose them because they didn’t ask for a deposit for a Prius. Price was not much different across the Portland metro. Closing the sale took longer than necessary because they didn’t do any forms before I showed up to get the Prius. I suppose this is a tactic used to wear people down on bargaining. Totally unnecessary in this case as price was not much different across the Portland metro. I drive away Tuesday semi-satisfied. Made my appointment for Monday for the stain resister and exterior sealer application. Salesman Craig called Saturday and told me that my extra fob (proximity key) had arrived. We agreed that Monday would be perfect to program it while the Prius was in their shop. Showed up for the appointment Monday. That’s when things went down hill fast. The person that usually handles reception of vehicles was on vacation. Her stand-in was willing but ignorant; could not answer questions, didn’t have telephone numbers for anyone more knowledgeable. My rental car had to be found. I came back to pick up my Prius. Assistant manager Eric asked if I was being assisted. I said that I thought Craig might be doing something for me but I was not sure about that. He asked same question, I gave same answer. Eric asked me if I wanted to surrender the rental car. Not ‘til I have my Prius, said I. Eric wandered off. Another employee asked the same question, got my answer; he wandered off. Craig showed up and connected me to my Prius. Craig introduced me to the manager. Manager heard my story and gave me the fish eye. I drove off. At home I remembered the extra key fob. Craig said it was in Parts Department. I asked if it had been programmed. The reply was, “No, you didn’t make a Service appointment. I’m in Sales.” That was his “reason” for not making a SERVICE appointment to program the part that he had ordered for me. Draw your own conclusions regarding my level of satisfaction with Royal Moore Toyota.

What do I have to do? I'd like to have a sales experience...

So we go to the dealership... we look at the cars. My husband decides he wants Tacoma Access Cab. he really decided this on the internet and just went to see if thats what he really wants. It is. I have decided I want a Rav4 Limited. Based on data, my BIL's Rav4, and now after sitting in it, it fits my plus sized rear end. Victory. But I want to do due diligence and go sit in the CRV, Vue and Rogue. They do not have what I want on the lot and we are hungry. We give the salesman Eric our numbers and tell him to find the 2 cars. Which on the internet should take what?? 45 minutes with interruption. So, before we can leave salesman Eric "turnover"s us to his friend who wants us to sit down while we look for just the one we want. Blah blah blah.... smarmy. We liked Eric, we really did. That is why I gave him my phone number, I expected him to call that night and tell us what was out there and we would tell him which to order for us and we are done with car shopping for another decade. Over. Fini. I gave him clear instructions, I really did! Grey color is a no-go and I would prefer grey inside to beige. Find it Call me. I assume that since he hasn't called me back in 3 days that I need to look elsewhere. Costco says they have a car program, and I can rent a Rav4 in a "test to own" (hey, Eric didn't mention that!) and I decide to follow up on that. He hasn't called, its 3 days later and I call the Costco Contact to buy the cars, he says that since we are dealing with Eric, Eric will help us and he, the costco contact, is unwilling to be of assistance. the CC tells us Eric is to off until Wednesday. In this process, I am becoming completelty pissed off!!! Why have I wasted Hours of my time going all over the county sitting in cars when I was at a dealership that does a test to own program and it wasn't offered? not even mentioned!! Why didn't Eric look before close of business for our cars? Tell us he was going to be off till Wed? The Costco Contact says " do you have to have it today?" I say "no" "so there's no problem" he says. I say " hello? we want to buy 2 cars, we have cash, and Eric can't follow a simple set of instructions, or call us back." What I can't figure out is why I am being roadblocked? Do they not have the car? Want to sell it for more? What?? I say in exasperation " my husbands going to have to handle this" The guy says to me in the most sarcastic condescending tone "really, thats is the best plan" omg seriously? in this day and age.... our cars aren't broken, we don't have to buy today and we aint gonna beg them to take our money.
