They Really Do Want to Make It Happen

I contacted 7 dealerships and visited 3 of them. From the very 1st email exchange, Ron Tonkin Hyundai in Gresham gave me the impression that they do really want to make it happen. For half of the other dealers, it's like pulling teeth to just get the OTD list with MSRP pricing (no negotiation yet). With Ron Tonkin Hyundai, I got the sales manager on the 2nd email right away and he got me a deal that I thought I really had to haggle back and forth for. Everything just kind of moved right along from there. In only 2 days time, I was in my new vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have had with an auto sales dept anywhere.

Fast, straightforward and fair on trade in. Have bought 10 cars and this was the best experience I have had yet. No games, very customer centric. Went way out of the way to make sure I was happy with the car and color.

Tristan Gunnar at Ron Tonkin

We went to Ron Tonkin Hyundai on a weekend close to their closing time. Gunnar (Tristan) was very welcoming and helped us with our decision with a great price on the car. It was an amazing experience because he was friendly, helped us with the purchase. Also, we were given a relatively good interest rate because they were able to scan through different lenders. Recommended seller. Thank you Gunnar! Appreciated your help a lot!
