Great experience!

From the beginning with Bob Smith getting me a salesperson to help me with my car buying journey, until the purchase over a month later it was easy. I drove several cars on different days and the patience shown by the dealership was wonderful. Alice O’Key was professional, helpful and her willingness to help me purchase my car from a product line that she normally doesn’t sell was much appreciated.

Great experience!

They charge a premium above asking

I went to buy a used highlander for under $30k. They kept showing me newer 42k + cars. The salesman was nice. He said he had no older highlanders. He also mentioned they charge a $3000 premium. I tried telling him we are in a resession and lots or cars are being repoed. I then went to a kendall value lot and found a $30k highlander. Guess what, Kendall toyota owned it. But it had broken parts, was dirty inside, a mouse had been chewing on the inside and had a lot of corrosion. So i got it my car and drove to Utah and bought a better one cheaper. You see i just drove 4000mi to get here and a few hundred more wasn’t going to stop me from getting what i want at a fair price for the market. 2020 is over. Get with the times.

Purchased a new 2021 Toyota Venza from Kendall Toyota! I love the car and had an absolutely fantastic purchasing experience! Shout out to Colton who helped me find the perfect vehicle without feeling pressured or hurried. Everyone was great to work with and I wouldn't purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Initial disappointment becomes sublime satisfaction

We visited Kendall Toyota at about noon on a Sunday only to learn that the car we had seen the evening before was sold in the intervening hours. After asking sales management to do a search for a similar vehicle that failed, we were offered an attractive price on a more expensive model in a different color. We made the decision to accept the offer and now we are quite pleased with the car, the dealer's efforts to make us happy and the quality of the delivery experience.

Excellent service! No pressure, no hassle, no headaches!

I recently went to Kendall Toyota to look at trading in my 2008 Prius for a newer model. I loved the features of the car, but was ready for something new. I wasn't wanting to spend a whole lot or lose any of the great features my car had, but I was able to find something that perfectly met my needs with the help of Elliott D. and his manager, Keith H. They found a Prius for me that was newer, had low miles, was clean, and very well taken care of while having every single feature I was looking for. It's even Toyota Certified, so I have peace of mind knowing that I'll be well taken care of if anything ever went wrong with the vehicle. Elliott was upfront and answered all my questions without hesitation and helped make sure this really was the new car for me. After a very quick and painless discussion about financing and filling out a little bit of paperwork, I was on the road with a practically new 2010 Prius! The guys at Kendall all really seem to have their act together and are incredibly professional and helpful. There was no pressure, no rush, and everyone involved was very kind. I have only bought from another dealership once before this, and I can say without a doubt that this was MUCH more pleasant, headache-free, and I will not shop for a vehicle anywhere else while I live in this area. Thanks, guys!

Smooth Transaction ~ Great Service

We recently had the opportunity to purchase a used vehicle from Eugene's Kendall Toyota and have been so happy with our experience we wanted to let others know. Oliver Peck was the sales associate who assisted us in this endeavor. He listened to our needs in a specific type of vehicle and showed us the ones on the lot which qualified along these lines, one of which turned out to be a perfect fit. Oliver has a great working knowledge of cars, along with a very warm and open personality. It's no wonder he's a top salesman. The sales transaction ended up being a smooth and effortless one and we won't hesitate to contact him again in the future should our vehicle needs change. Amazing Customer Service

My family and I have 3 Toyotas. We have always taken our vehicles to Kendall Toyota in Eugene. They are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The technicians are very quick and acurate with their diagnosis of any problem. We are never charged for anything that we don't need. The facilities are beautiful and accomodating. We will only take our vehicles here and we gladly recommend Kendall Toyota in Eugene to anyone who wants top-notch service!

I don't know if it's just this dealership or common to all Toyota dealers, but their service department is a couple steps above any other I have used. They really strive to get things right and if you feel they overlooked something they will correct it. And it's nice how they support the Lane County blood bank on a regular basis.

Best experience ever

Well I had a very different experience with the staff at kendall. I was in the market for a tacoma and had been calling around for different prices throughout the state. I was wanting to get the best deal I could find and after getting the runaround from almost every dealer, I was surprised to have the salesman at kendall offer me all of the information up front with out commiting to buying a vehicle. He gave me numbers on my trade in and what their selling price for the truck was, which they did not have in stock. when I decided to buy I went with them and I was very pleased with the professionalism they extended to me. I have had friends that bought from the competition in springfield and were very unhappy with their tactics and the "if I could, would ya" crap, and i found it refreshing that Kendall didnt play games with me at all. I ordered the truck and it showed up the next day! they said that they had it driven up from klamath falls. I was not estatic about having a truck with 230 miles on it, but I understand that they need to get it there somehow, so that was O.K. The salesman was very polite and was not what I was expecting out of a car salesman. (My experiences in the past have been less than favorable) I would recommend Kendall toyota to anyone who is in the market for a car, they were great.

Kendall Toyota Review

I had a horrible experience with this company. I have had myself, a bad experience with Kendall in the past and told the salesman that since he was a friend of a friend I would try them again. My wife and I originally wanted a Prius. We had to order one and they told us it would be about 3 wks. I called around to other dealers and found out that there were no Priuses to be found and that it would take at least 3 months to get a car. This was very frustrating since if I would not have called around, I would not of been told anything for 3 weeks. We then decided to go with a Corolla since it was cheaper and still got good mpg. We were also told it would be much easier to get. I went into another dealer to see what kind of deal I could get. They gave me a quote and said there was a car in Gresham they could get for me. I called Kendall back telling them the deal the other dealer would give me and was told they would mach it, but also there was another car just like the one in Gresham that we liked that they could get even quicker. This was the Assistant Sales Manager I talked to who promised me all of this. I waited a week to hear back from them about when we should expect the car. I had to call them and I was told "don't know yet, the lady that orders the cars isn't here so when she comes back I will let you know". Waited again for a few days and again No call. I called the salesman and he said I'll find out and give you a call back. waited 2 days again no word. Meanwhile I received a return call from Lithia in Springfield to see if I had found a car yet. I said I have one on order with Kendall, but I don't know when it will be in. The salesman said I'll look to see what I can do for you if you want. I told him if he wanted to that was fine, but I'm guessing I will have a car in a week or so. 5 minutes later the guy from Lithia called me back and said that there was a car in Gresham like we wanted and they could get it for me in 3-4 days. I said great you get it here first I will buy form you. The next day I Get a call from Lithia and they said the car in Gresham just sold before they could trade and it would be about 2 weeks to get the car we wanted. I then called Kendall back to get an exact day of when the car we ordered from them would be here. I was told they didn't know, it could take weeks or months. Come to find out from talking to Kendalls Customer Service Dept. that the original car that I was told they could get from the "other" dealer besides Gresham was not available because that dealer would not trade cars with them. Instead of telling me and then calling Gresham to get the other car that was available they did nothing. No phone calls. Nothing. My wife and I finally decided to go with a different color than we wanted so we would not have to deal with this car crap anymore. I told the Customer Service lady that we now have to buy a car in a color we don't want or wait for who knows how long. She appolagized and agreed that their company "dropped the ball". I will never use Kendall again and it is not just the Toyota branch, it is all of them!!! I have never made a complaint like this before, so I am not one of those angy people who get off from slamming companies. Just thought somebody might want to know. Sorry my story is so long.
