I thought I had possibly a problem with my transmission and after talking with Bill explain to me that it was probably my spark plugs and that it could possibly be a coil to one of the plugs anyways it's all they check out the plugs first and see if that would solve the issue and sure enough it did truck is running like a job now so my opinion of Bill who's the service manager and the team of mechanics working for you guys have made me very happy and I want to thank you

f150 truck damage repaired

vehicle was repaired with damage to my truck bed , job was completed with minimum wait. the only thing when I picked up my vehicle I did not notice a hose hanging down under the truck . after a couple of days I noticed it and brought my truck back , the dept immediately inspected the problem and noted that a plastic bracket on the truck bed had broken and caused the hose to hang down. it was repaired quickly . overall the service was very good and I am satisfied completely. doug wilson

I had a Navigation problem. The nav system did not know where I was and my clock would not update. The problem was hard to find and took some trouble shooting with Ford corporate. But the problem was solved and my truck is working properly. Tower Ford did what was needed to find and fix the problem. Thanks to all the service people that worked this problem.

Unprofessional

We had a made a verbal deal with the sales person and when the car came in he suddenly didn't remember certain important particulars of the transaction. Our mistake in not requesting everything in writing first, but he seemed so honest. NOT!! And the sales manager was equally nonprofessional as he hung up on us, a customer when we did nothing to warrant such a reaction! As a lot of car salespeople are trying to get away from the typical car salesperson stereotype, this place embraces the antics! Extremely disappointed! The reason that we actually ended up buying from them is because of location and they must rely on that; sure drive another 2 hours to someone else.

I recieved a Customer Satisfaction Notice #15B04 for my 2013 C-mas, so I called Tower Ford to schedule the changes. Tower Ford Service rep identified other changes that were needed, ordered parts and scheduled the work when the parts were received. The work was done on time as promised. I was completely satisfied with the service and the helpfulness of the staff. Well done all!

I have multiple Ford vehicles that are all serviced at Tower, it is nice to have somebody that knows your vehicle and looks out for you best interest. I was able to get the service done around my schedule. I was alerted to one small concern that I was unaware of showing that they really did a complete inspection.
