I recently bought a new Kia Soul from Team Kia. The salesperson, Steve, was very helpful and listened to my needs and paid attention to my budget. He patiently went through my entire list of questions. The finance department got me a loan at a great rate. I ordered an upgraded roof rack, and Sam in the service department took made sure the installation was done quickly and professionally. As a female, it's nice to find a dealership that doesn't imply that it would be so much easier if they could deal with my husband. Team Kia will be the first place I go next time I purchase a car.

I went to Team Kia to purchase my next vehicle. The salesman was super nice, informative and knowleable about Kia Vehicles. He informed us the lot is new in town and trying to build a reputation, I totally understand that, and he said they would bend over backwards to make us a deal. But, just like any other car lot, its was alot of talk we found out and no different than any other car lot you go to, same old game, reputation building or not. We didn't purchase a car from there and will continue looking, they really didn't do as they said they would.
