Scheduled through the my Buick app. Was kept informed via the app and phone calls of the oil change and its progression. Nice staff, and nice dealership. They have coffee, popcorn and water free of charge.

Out of line repair costs for GM pickups

On Dec 23 the right rear window on my 2006 GMC Sierra stopped working. It would roll down but would not roll back up. On Dec 27 I took it to Marc Miller Buick/GMC in Tulsa for repairs. I was told that the "regulator" had failed and the repair costs would be nearly $600. The truck at this time was 12-1/2 years old, had relatively low mileage (117k) and had been well maintained. Being a rear window in a vehicle that rarely carried passengers I estimated that the window had been used possibly 1-2 times per month since I purchased it in July 2006 (150 months). This raises several issues: (1) Why would a seldom used part fail after so little use? (It could just be a fluke, except that the left rear window failed in the same way several years ago.) (2) Why are the repair costs so high? At $600 for repairs after only being used possibly 300 times (twice per month for 150 months) It looks like it cost $3.00 each time the window was rolled down. Maintenance costs like this are difficult to justify and I'm now questioning my choice of both manufacturer and dealer. Has anyone else had similar experience with GM pickup trucks?

2018 Terrain Denali faulty dashboard

I had problem with my dash separating above the infotainment screen. I took in to Marc Miller to have dash repaired. Ten day later I picked up my 2018 Terrain Denali. The separation was now on both ends of the dash. I took my Terrain back in only to be told the separation is a DESIGN FEATURE. I’m sure it is not a feature but a design fault in the way the dash is mounted.

Buick Enclave oil change

Oil changed and tire rotated. They also check the cabin and engine air filters and recommended that they be changes also. The only thing that they didn't do was wash the car which they said that they would do.

Pleasure to do business with

I first contacted the dealer via internet and described my dream car, a Buick Enclave, and my trade in. We set up a time to come in, and within two hours I had negotiated a price that was satisfactory to both of us. Once we ran my GM card, I was not allowed the total points off that was incorrectly promised from another dealership and limited to $1500. I thanked them for their time and left. Within 45 minutes, my salesman called and found another Enclave that didn't have a sunroof that was within my price range and that was in a neighboring state. The day after I said "yes", it is in my driveway! This dealership answered all my questions and went the extra mile to give me the exact car I wanted that was within my price range. I felt that they actually wanted my business and that they treated me as a serious customer. I will definitely buy from them again and will use their service department in the future.
