Lexus of Tulsa

I very recently discovered that Lexus of Tulsa is perhaps the finest automotive dealership in all of the Midwest. Living in Overland Park since 1979 I was somewhat reluctant to purchase a luxury automobile from a dealership 200 miles away. However, after a few conversations with Todd Morrison the General Manager of Lexus of Tulsa any fears I had were put to rest. Mr. Morrison went above and beyond the call of duty to guide me to the perfect car of the exterior and interior colors I wanted and had all of the options offered by Lexus except the NAV/Premium Audio option which we did not need. I had found the perfect car 200 miles from my home! Ultimately, a very professional Sales Consultant named Ron Estes handled all of the final details quite efficiently. The paperwork was ready far in advance of my arrival at the dealership several days later. At 75 years old, I have obviously purchased many cars over the past 55 years but have never had such a fine experience. The whole process at Lexus of Tulsa was very easy and totally stress free. I doubt you could ever find a better dealer to do business with. I wish all car dealerships operated like they do. This dealership is staffed by real gentlemen that are honest and trustworthy. The Finance Manager Dan Huber was very helpful to me. My last contact before heading back to the Kansas City area was with Katy Maclin. Katy is a Delivery Specialist and explained to me the many features and options of the ES350 and made certain I knew how to use them. If you are in the market for the most reliable car brand according to J.D. Powers you are already looking at the Lexus line of automobiles. Salesman told me the 2013 car was in top condition and assured me he treats his customers like his kids. I told him not to waste my time and he assured me the car was in pristine condition. My gf and I wasted our day, driving from OKC to Tulsa to buy the car. It had a number of blemishes, scratches, paint gone and leather worn that should have been communicated prior to me driving all that way. He just tried to get me in the door. Said whatever to get me there. [non-permissible content removed]. I spoke to the GM and he was no better.

My wife and I started our new car search at a local BMW dealer in town and were met with disappointment. We just did not feel valued as a customer. It was frustrating and left us considering to forgo a new car purchase for the time being. The next evening after work we met at Lexus and were greeted by Jeff Henderson. He immediately made us feel appreciated and stuck with us as we drove numerous vehicles and familiarized ourselves with the brand that we had previously not entertained. What a difference a few miles can make when shopping for a car. The next day we corresponded at length and worked through much of the process from the comfort of our respective offices. That evening we completed the purchase of our new vehicle and we could not have been more pleased the experience. If the car is as reliable and enjoyable as the service we experienced that last few days, we will be back to do it again in the future.

We purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Tulsa yesterday. We looked this past weekend and Thomas Hector was our sales associate. We couldn't ask for more than he did for us. He was sincere in helping us choose a car we would be happy with and was never pushy to sell us anything. Not only was he amazing, but everyone we met from Finance, to Service, to Management... all top notch. We will be recommending Thomas Hector to our friends and family. Go see him, he will treat you right and I promise you will leave happy!

Lexus dealers are at the top, and the one in Tulsa has to be right up there with the best. It is a most pleasant experience to deal with them.
