Quick, well organized, no surprises and my salesperson Robert Lee, was knowledgeable and pleasant. The vehicle had the exact options as discussed. The price was the price as negotiated before arriving to the dealership.

Painless car buying experience

Everything! We inquired about a used vehicle the day before and received and email with in a couple of hours. Then we got a phone call the next morning from Devin to see if we wanted to come test drive the car. We scheduled a time and he was very helpful. He had several cars that were in our price range and answered every question we had. We were looking at a Camry and a Rav 4. We sat in the Rav 4 and he explained the pros and cons of both vehicles. He was very knowledgeable. When we decided on a car they gave us a fair deal on our trade in. After getting approved we were off to Finance. Andy Currey was amazing. He was very friendly and fast. The entire process was about 3 hours from when we walked on the property. The customer service that you provide is above and beyond.

Now sold on Jim Norton Toyota!

My wife and I were looking around the 200 mile radius of Springfield, MO for the best deal on a 2018 RAV4 XLE AWD and we found it at Jim Norton! We drove down and they graciously put the car on reserve that day we went. We worked with Jim Herrin in the pre-owned sales dept. (among a number of other helpful individuals we appreciate along with Jim leading up to our visit to Tulsa including Tim, Anna, and Bill). Jim was superb and worked to accommodate our needs and requests, administering excellent customer service. We are glad that we got to be with Jim, as he was good to work with and gave a good level of care and attention. In fact, we wish Jim the very best and want him to prosper! Then, when we made the deal on the car with Jim, we were introduced to Marie in the business office to take care of the remaining paperwork and she was an absolute delight to work with. My wife and I were astounded at the level of genuine care and service she has for not only us and our needs but for all her customers! WOW! Incredible person working there and she really, really cares about people! The service department folks were great to work with too! We will be telling people about Jim Norton Toyota!!!

The Camry XLE Hybrid

The salesman and manager worked really hard to find us the right car, they exceeded our expectations, in providing us more than we could have hoped for, a great vehicle, a very good deal. A special thanks to Josh , Zane, and Jim. Very professional polite patient, happy and enthusiastic team. Thank you. This Camry is a first class drive ,quiet, comfortable, economical great safety features, its very early yet, our fiirst two fuel ups 51mpg and 52mpg the nickel metal hybrid battery,after much research is a solid recyclable proven durable battery . After all Toyota has used it for the last 20 years having just driven the Prius Hybrid , with excellent economy. The new Camry has that extra performance and comfort With excellent fuel economy Amazing for a vehicle of this size.

Luis was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The whole process went very smoothly and Luis was able to find the Highlander in the color we wanted. When the Highlander came in, Luis was very helpful in showing us how all of the electronic features worked.

Roger Hensley is a pleasure to deal with and very low/no pressure. My husband purchased a Tundra the month before and I met Roger then. He was so pleasant to deal with that when I decided to replace my car, he was a natural choice in choosing the 2019 Avalon. We continue to keep in touch with Roger on a personal basis, as well as through the dealership. Great service staff and scheduling ability.

Jake Newell was the perfect salesman for me. He was very knowledgeable about features and options for my Rav4. His personality was far from pushy! He was friendly and fun. I stopped at a previous dealership that day and I had a horrible experience. He set me at ease, and found the right vehicle for me and my family that was still within my budget. If I ever find myself purchasing a new vehicle, I hope he is still available to assist!! The rest of the team was fantastic as well. Grant Geer was also amazing at smoothing out the fine details. I just can't say enough great things about Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa!! Thank you all, and especially Jake. One happy lady, enjoying her new ride.
