I bought my 2015 Chevy Cruze from Jackie Cooper Nissan with the amazing assistance of Joe Simmons. I had had my Nissan JUKE for years and unfortunately had some issues and needed to get into a new vehicle FAST. Joe assisted us, answered any and all questions, showed us the carfax and disclosed any and all information on the car. Ive never had service like this before. Its nice to feel so comfortable with a new car dealer in a big city. Definitely call and ask for Joe. He is your man!

Excellent sales service from Micheal Graham

Our positive experience was mostly due to our sales professional. Michael Graham was helpful, friendly, professional, and put us at ease. He listened, and located exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. He dealt with various bumps with good humor, and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve them. When the car was unavailable to take home upon purchase (due to the antennae breaking in detailing), he delivered the car himself an hour away. Not only will we recommend this dealership, we are telling everyone to ask for Michael. Thanks again, Michael, for the great service!

Knowledgeable No Pressure Sales Staff

We first viewed their online inventory and called for an appt. to drive a certified preowned Murano. We were contacted by the sales manager who set us an appt with our salesman Brandon Willis. He not only showed us the CPO but offered us multiple options for various models new and preowned. We were never pressured and were provided all the information we needed to make an educated purchase. We proudly purchased a new Murano from Jackie Cooper Nissan and would highly recommend Brandon Willis to walk you through your new or preowned car purchase.

Best car buying experience ever!!

I have been searching for a Nissan Armada for about a year now. None of the dealers near me had the exact one in stock. When I would call the dealership with questions, they would immediately start asking for my personal information (SSN, income, etc) and were very pushy. I was going to be in Oklahoma visiting family, and decided to just look online to see what Jackie Cooper Nissan had in stock. To my surprise, they had the exact vehicle that I had been looking for. I sent in an internet request and was contacted by email (which was my preference) by the internet sales manager. They made me a great offer on my trade-in, sight unseen, and had a great discount on the vehicle I was looking for. They were not pushy and within a few hours we had agreed on a price and I felt great about my purchase. When I arrived at the dealership I was in and out within 2 hours! This dealership sets the bar high on customer service!!!!

Helpful and Easy to Deal WIth

Paul and Eric worked with me to purchase a used car. I don't usually buy a car from the dealership but we found one we liked and decided to go with it if the price matched what we had researched. I was even allowed to take the car to my mechanic and have it inspected. (I highly recommend this if you are seriously considering buying a used car.) My mechanic discovered that the backup camera wasn't working. Eric agreed to fix that issue at no cost to me and sold me the car for the price I felt was fair. He was very nice to deal with. Paul, my salesman, arranged for me to use a car while they fixed it and was happy to answer questions at any time in the process. He was very responsive and not too pushy. I really appreciated working with him.

Third Great Experience

I've purchased 3 cars from Jackie Cooper Nissan now and I couldn't be happier. I hate buying cars. I hate the back and forth, the pressure and all of the games you have to play. I've never felt that way with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I've worked with Eric Inman twice now and he's been helpful, friendly and he's always tried to help us balance what we need and what we're willing to pay. We've purchased 2 cars in the last year from Jackie Cooper Nissan and Eric and we'll purchase more in the future. I can't think of a single negative comment to make! It's been painless and enjoyable.
