I delt with Brannon & Jeff. Brannon was very patient as I was having a difficult time deciding on the color. Jeff got us a great deal on the payment's . I left with no reservations and they made us feel like family. Easiest car purchasing experience ever!!!

Thomas was my sales guy. Great attitude and customer relations. Sales manager was great also. Finance guy was quick and efficient and sold me the additional warranty I was interested in without trying to upsell me something I wasn't interested in. Overall great experience.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased there is the last 4 years, not only from the dealership but from the same salesman, Landon Knowles. We have always had excellent service there and greatly enjoy doing business with Landon. He is courteous, knowledgeable about the products and has a good sense of humor.

Truck buying experience

I just started a new job that required providing my own truck. I figured I could find a good used truck to meet the need. There are a lot of trucks out there for sale. I researched all kinds of trucks for dependability and good gas mileage. Edmunds was a great source for lots of details and great information. I decided to look at the basic line of trucks from several brands. I didn't need anything fancy just a basic work truck. I asked for prices from all the GMC dealers within a 50 mile radius. All the dealers responded quickly and gave me several choices to choose from. Bob Moore Buick GMC also responded quickly and offered a great price for a 2013 GMC Sierra. Teddy the sales representative was great to work with. He showed me features on the truck and answered all my questions. I got a great deal on my trade in and fantastic financing. Quick simple and an uncluttered experience. This is how a truck or car buying experience should be. This is my second experience dealing with the Bob Moore Auto group through the years. It will not be my last when I need a vehicle.

Great service, great price

I was in the market for a Pontiac G6 GXP Coupe and I got a great price quote through Bob Moore. I was also in contact with a salesman from another dealership, and both dealerships were fighting for my business. I sat back and relaxed while they lowered their prices, and I ended up getting my car for almost $4000 below MSRP. They didn't have the exact color I wanted, but they said they could get one in a few days. I wasn't quite ready to buy at that moment, so they let me order the car at the price we had already negotiated. I went back to the dealership a few times throughout the 7 weeks I was waiting for my car, and they always remembered who I was. Each person that I dealt with tried to get me to use their financing, but when I told them I was sticking with my bank, they dropped it. I couldn't get a check from my bank until the day after the car was delivered, but I went in the day it came to look it over and test drive it. Even though I wasn't paying that night, they let me drive the car home anyway. I talked to two different salesmen throughout my experience, and they were both great. I felt like they went out of their way to ensure that I understood everything about the car. This was my first time buying a car, and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Bob Moore Pontiac.
