Major Car Repair

Had a major unplained car repair on a 2016 Toyotat Prius. There were several issues that had to be addressed as two separate issues and parts had to be shipped in that took time. Brett was absolutely outstanding! He made sure to keep me up to date, made sure I got a loner car, and worked with me at the highest level. Brett went above and beyond and made what was an unfortunate repair a pleasant experience. 5 star!!!

Beware of "Needs immediate attention" Items on your "Inspection"

My last two experiences here have been awful. The most recent time was today (01/16/2024) and both times I've had this dealership attempt to get me to purchase additional services that they mark as "Needs immediate attention", but they take no time to attempt to figure out if the service is actually needed. Multiple times now it's been "suggested" that I have services done on my vehicle that had been done in the last year and within 20K mile. The worst part is they were done by this dealership themselves, but they were suggested to me "because the mileage called for it". It feels like they're simply attempting to take advantage of people who may not know any better or may be scared into doing unnecessary service. My online "inspection report" is also completely erroneous. It states that they checked my tire tread and brake pad level and I was "cautioned" they needed attention. Not only was I NOT advised of either being issues, but I was able to confirm they did not actually check each tire. The first one I checked was quite different than the stated value on the report, so I didn't even bother checking the rest. Lastly, they did not even actually look into the issue I requested. I asked them to look at my trim to let me know if it was loose and to pop any fasteners back into place. The trim was never mentioned and just by a visual inspection I can still see 2 barely attached fasteners. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Will NEVER come back to this place! I took my Highlander there for oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be around 2-2,5 hours, it took them over 4 hours and they never replied to my text. I picked up the vehicle and not sure if anything was done. The tires are all under inflated, and I doubt they rotated them, the reminder sticker on the windshield wasn’t updated either, not sure if they updated odometer. I usually take my car to Toyota Fowler and they always return it clean, vacuumed and washed, sticker changed on the windshield to let me know when is the next oil change, way better service at Fowler. Not happy with Bob Howard Toyota.

First Experience with This Service Center

Absolutely pleased! Moving our niece to this area and needed the 2011 Prius we are giving her serviced. George was very helpful and ensured we received the necessary maintenance and nothing extraneous. This will be my niece's service center as she begins her new life here. Kudos to a true customer service experience.

Bret, was great and very polite. Service was very good I’m upset about the fact that he mentioned that the battery is getting weak, and I need to replace it, go by one any place, he said to me.- Went to get a new battery and the battery in my LC is a “ Toyota “ 84 months warranty. Date of installation is 12/19 can someone one honor the Toyota warranty or I need to talk to Aaron London. I expect some kind of answer at this request.
