I purchased a new vehicle July 2023 from this dealership. Scheduled first oil change 3/9/24 online. Arrived at dealership and was advised I had no appointment even though I received email and text confirmation. Was told I'd have to wait at least 1 1/2 hours. After 15 minutes service advisor called me up to show a dirty filter in front of a Hyundai vehicle grill (mind you the vehicle has 8210 miles on it). I authorized replacement. Paid $61.32 for my first complimentary oil change visit (to include the filter replacement - $18.96 labor and $34.99 parts). I reviewed the receipt today and have a $4.00 Miscellaneous Charge which reads "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order" -- can someone explain what exactly this means??? April 16th I noticed a noise coming from the a/c fan. Scheduled service appointment for 3/17/24. Service advised pulled out cabin filter and advised the filter was not changed from the initial appointment in March which I paid for! Unacceptable. I explained I wasn't very happy with the advisor because all I was shown was a picture of a dirty filter in front of a Hyundai grill -- how was I to know it was even my car? I requested to speak to the Service Department Manager of which there is no one in that position -- I was able to speak with the Parts Department manager when he arrived. The filter was changed on the second visit and the squirrel cage was "blown out" -- they found a tiny leaf stuck in it which accounted for the noise. The parts manager offered to fill up my gas tank, which was much appreciated. Right now I am on the fence -- it's a TRUST factor. For this to be my first service visit on a new vehicle and to be "cheated" I am not happy. Cars cost too much for customers to be taken advantage of. There were several missteps in the handling of this matter and it's going to take a lot of reassurance to win back my trust...a lot!! The sad part is if I had not had the issue with the leaf in the a/c unit -- we never would have known about the cabin filter replacement ruse.

Jose was an excellent person to work with on getting our car serviced. Everything was done that was needed. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the features on my remote that I hadn’t been using. Their new location is amazing. Would recommend them for service.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my car! The only reason I give 3 stars is I felt that the apr was not explained well by the finance department. I was very tired by the end of the process, the wait was long, and I should have paid more attention. I thought I was signing for a 60 month loan, as discussed with salesperson. I should have asked and I know that is on me. But it ended up being 72 months and a higher interest rate than expected. About 2% It was, “just sign here that you agree to the price we discussed..” It was around the price I had discussed with sales, so I didn’t think anything of it. I give 3 stars because I believe it was average service overall. I would tell others to shop here (because I believe the car’s quality is good overall) but to be vigilant with reading the fine print. I commend the salesman, in that he was laid back and not pushy. But I think that communication could have been better between sales and finance. I would buy again, but paying closer attention to the fine print. I understand interest rates are through the roof and that’s not the dealer’s fault, they can’t change it, but integrity and good communication are the most important qualities!

I have never had such a great experience like I did this visit. I had a screw in my tire that I knew had to be replaced and Shemaiha got me in and out in 35 mins. She was so awesome and the technician was so fast I couldn’t believe it. We had an isssue with the tire key and she took care of us. Love her!!

Ripping people off

Paid for a oil change and daytime lights to be replaced. I have a video showing the lights don't work and they claim thy have one showing they work. Told something in the electrical system needs a diagnostic. I needed to schedule an appointment because Saturdays are for oil changes. They didn't have a problem with putting 6 things to approve today. They just want your money ad to waste your time.

This was my first time to this dealership. I bought the car in CA and drove it to OK. The total I paid for my service was slightly less than my estimate which is always nice, and the time time frame for the work to be completed was on point. Advisor kept me up to date as the reccomendations were performed and when the work was completed. We will continue to use this dealership for service.
