I recently purchased a 2016 Silver Nissan Marrano from Bob Moore Nissan. I have purchased many new cars over the past 20 yrs and this was far and away my best car buying experience. We knew what we wanted and made no bones about it. Our sales person, Emmitt, gave us everything we asked for. We were reasonable but firm. When we changed our mind 3 times right up to the sale he never blinked. He had several cars detailed before we changed our mind but no one complained. He had the paper work done in less than 45 minutes and never pressured us to purchase more than we wanted. He did give us great advice that improved our satisfaction with the vehicle that we were not familiar with that have improved our safety and make long distance driving a more pleasurable experience. There was never pressure from anyone at Bob Moore Nissan to buy anything I did not want. Bob Moore Nissan was not the only or first dealer we considered for our new Nissan purchase, but they were the most conciencous, well informed, and customer oriented. I will get all my service done there and will only purchase any new Nissan I want from Bob Moore Nissan. Great folks!

We signed a 'we owe' document to get a check back for TT&L. Two months later - still no check. Now they claim that isn't on the we owe form and we realize they (probably intentionally) didn't give us a copy of it. We should have checked to make sure they did, but with all the craziness that comes with buying a car, it slipped our minds to check. I'll give them a better review if they prove me wrong and come through with the promised check.
