Great Experience Truck Buying

Purchased a truck last fall. Had a great experience working with Justin Gearhart. He delivered the truck to OKC since we weren't located in Lawton. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend!

When you do a Kelley Blue Book instant cash offer, don't believe for a minute that this dealership Honors the offer. Less than half is what I was offered upon showing up in person, they have signs hanging all over the place telling how they are a K.B.B. authorized dealership. They may be but they sure as heck don't back up what they advertise. Leaves me with the age old truth about car sales men...They only lie when their lips are moving!! While waiting in their lot for my answer my wife and I were approached by two different cars with husband and wife in each. They came to us and said "Don't buy here we did and we are sorry for it. Like they were parked waiting to share with anyone lol, two cars and we were there less than 10 minutes. I recommend to just keep on driving when ever you see this dealer ship!!!

Lacking customer service and follow through

I bought a truck from this dealership 1/31/15. Not only did every person I talked to before going to the dealership tell me different things but when we got there, the salesman I had an appointment with was not available. Even after asking multiple times they failed to disclose damage to the truck I wanted and was coming down there for specifically. The windshield was cracked, which I was going to get fixed on my own. But there was another problem. There was damage to the wheel in the form of a huge gash that traveled across about 2/3 of it. I was told it would be repaired and sent to me the next business day. It took over a week for me to get it and it didn't end up being repaired. Five months later, after numerous conversations, texts, and emails, I am still waiting for this to be resolved. 4/24/15, I was contacted and told they would purchase and send me a wheel. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted them and found out they couldn't find a replacement week. I got online and found a used one in minutes that matches my current ones and sent the link to my salesperson. I also called Chevy and found out they can order a new one that way but I am still waiting for it to be taken care of. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with their customer service skills.

I shopped several dealers when I bought my 2013 2500. Rob was excellent to deal with. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. It was delivered with a full tank, detailed and I had the hitch installed the first day. I will be talking to them again when I purchase again!

Excellent experience! I was a little skeptical with the finance numbers at first, but the Sales and Finance Team went out of their way to not only get me a great deal within my budget, but also paid off my trade even though it was appraised lower that what I still owed on the vehicle. Salesmen Curt H. & Eric B.were very friendly, easy-going and really try to make sure you get what you want on your deal. Rob M. was very honest and up front about the value of my trade-in and still went out of his way to help me get the most for my vehicle. Aaron H. did a great job getting the financing I needed while still providing additional warranties and coverages for my new purchase within my budget. I highly recommend this dealership! They go out of their way to help customers, especially Military service members and their families.

Valentine's Day

On Feb 10,2014 I totaled out my truck during an ice storm, less then 2 years old. So I was in no hurry to go shopping again, least of all deal with salesman and thier tacktics. Valintine's Day was just around the conner and my Wife decided to suprise me with a truck. I must say I was shocked at what a great deal she got, the friendlyness of the salesman(s) and the finance person WOW!!! Two days later I heard a knocking in the drive shaft. I took a deep breath because it didn't come with a warrenty. I was prepared for the battle, however to my suprise I was asked to bring it in right away. I was told it was going to cost $107.00. Okay Marcus prepare to fight. No fight nessassary. the Service manager called the Used car Manager manager and 45 minutes later I was back on the road with no money out of pocket expense. They really worked as a team and I would highly recommend them to my friends and others. Best Valintine Day gift ever and it just happen to red LOL!!!!

Love the truck, but be ready for broken promises

My husband has always owned Dodge Ram trucks, and in lawton they are the only dealer that's sells brand new Dodge. If we don't want to leave Lawton, this is THE ONLY choice. Nice, clean dealership with a great selection. Good finance dept associates, and the service manager is very nice. Our salesman on the other hand, was horrible. We saw a commercial on tv stating it was truck month and you could receive $18,000 back with T,T, L included. He told us this was easy, our credit met the guidelines AND we got oil changes for life because my husband is a Goodyear employee. Firstly, our salesman said our payment would be around $600 a month (that was my goal). He came back and said "ok we can do $7,500 cash back with $895 payment!!!" What? I asked what interest rate we were given and he wouldn't answer. When all was said and done, we bought the truck because it's beautiful. Our payments are close to where they wanted them. Funny how that happens. We only got $10,000 cash back and find out T,T, L wasn't included. So that's $1400 additional out of our pocket. Then, they pull a carfax on our trade and tell us (unknowingly to us) that it's a salvaged title. I checked and paid for one today, guess what...it says nothing on MY carfax about a salvaged title. Anyway. We get to the finance part, and find out we don't get lifetime oil changes we get 6. Another lie of the many we were told. Very annoyed. Then they call today to say we have to bring in financial documents for the bank. What is it, in house financing? I would drive to okc for better dodge options in the future. I don't trust a word they say here.

Came in to help my grandmother not get screwed over finding a new car. Even though we were 2 females they did not try to skate us at all and listened to exactly what we wanted and the price range we WOULD NOT go above. Looking for a used vehicle my Grandmother left with a brand new Chrysler 200. Couldn't be any happier thank you Chrysler

Service experience was fantastic. I had been eyeballing the new Charger and Challenger but did not know which would be a perfect fit. Jarod in sales gave me the opportunity to test drive V6 and V8 hemi models both new and used. Gave me a great sense of which would suit me better (V6 Charger). Best part is, he let me take them all on short test drives ALONE. I did not anticipate pulling the trigger right away, but I did. I came back the next day, bought a 14 Charger and got a great deal on the purchase price and fair value for my old pick-up. Met the owner. Its obvious he wants to establish a rapport w his customers , he was supportive and appreciated my service in the Army. The staff was great. Overall, I felt like I got a great car for the best price possible and the fact that they will change the oil for free (military) is a bonus. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great sales experience! After a morning of being swarmed by high pressure sales men/women it was refreshing to arrive at Lawton Jeep Dodge and be given the space to roam the lot and look at vehicles without someone hovering over us. Once my wife and I found a vehicle we were interested in, a salesman was quick to help. No high pressure pitch but a helpful walk around of the vehicle pointing out key features and answering questions, then recommend a good test drive route allowing us to test the vehicle on city streets and the freeway. Talking numbers was easy a straight forward, no games! We quickly came to an agreement and was driving home in our new vehicle an hour later. If youre looking for dealership to give you a great sales experience, I highly recommend Lawton Jeep Dodge.

Refreshing! This dealership knows how to sell themselves. My husband knew what he wanted. Jerry M. was our salesman; he listened to what we wanted and then made us aware of what models would have what and options available we hadn't even thought about. We test drove a couple and made a selection. The paperwork was what I dreaded but it was smoothly executed and Mr. F. in finance was not pushy about service agreements and such. Bill B. who helped us when we picked the vehicle up also listened and made sure we were satisfied and all was right. Mr. A. himself came out and thanked us for our business. Can't beat a Bill A. deal!

If you're looking for a great truck go to the Ram center and ask to see Sunny! He's a great guy and he really got me an awesome deal on a great truck that I really love. The whole dealership from the greeters upfront to the finance guys are very friendly and helpful. The owner is always around and willing to deal with customers too, and if they don't have the car you're looking for then they can get it!

I went in on July first with my mother and father and was amazed at how nicely they were treated and respected at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Eric B. helped them out and gave them an amazing deal on a vehicle... 3 days later I came back in and purchased a car with Eric. My credit is not the best to say the least and the people here went above and beyond to get me an awesome car.. (no more duct tape and zip ties holding my car together!) I thank them so much for giving me the chance to straighten out my credit! The staff and selection there are by far the best I've seen in a long time!
