onJohn Williams in the service dept is the best! He quoted me a price and it was under what he quoted due to not need any additional parts. The job was done on time. He said it would be wed or Thursday so I told my son Thursday or fri so he wouldn’t get his hopes up if it took longer. Wednesday afternoon it was ready for pick up. He had it for fall break so that made him very happy. I appreciate John keeping in touch with me about the process and his friendliness through it all. Thanks northcutts- and John for a great experience.

onPurchased our used 2012 Chevrolet Colorado from Northcutt Chevrolet in May 2015. with 23000 miles. When we returned it for an oil change, tire rotation etc. at the time scheduled for the service, we had a comfortable waiting area stocked with water, coffee, etc. with TV and new magazines. onI can't believe that my vehicle only needs 1 oil change a year. If no extended warranty, you would probably tell me to change every 3 months. It's all about money

onWhen I called the day before the guy on the phone said he would have a quote for my light bulb in my drivers side to be changed he didn't and about 3 hours later I had to call him to ask. Also they didn't give me the discount for the oil change I had to call them then go back up there to get my refund. I do not like the fact that I HAVE to speak to the person I spoke to on the phone and NO ONE else can help me when I come in except that one individual. If you can read the notes and tell me what I am having done then you can surely help me when I come in. Most of the time I do not like the guys upfront but the mechanics do a really good job on my car and that alone is why I come back and refer people to Northcutt.

onneeded oil & filter plus 63,000 maintenance service. 27 point safety check revealed some needs. service was performed the same day. courtesy car service was excellent so I didn't have to wait at the dealership the whole time. service completed ahead of schedule. courteous and friendly, clean and competent work done. great mechanics.
