Nicely Surprised

I grew up disliking car salesmen in general, talking 100 miles an hour and pressuring me forthe purchase with suttle threats of "It will probably be gone tomorrow" and "no one can beat our deal". Taylor, the salesman I met was informative, open to all questions and able to talk without using high pressure gimicks. Dave test drove my trade in and was generous (in my way of thinking) with the value he gave it. James, the finance manager, showed me all of my buying options, asking questions to pinpoint the most economical path to purchasing my new Altima. I was very pleased with the no pressure help that was given and would gladly go back for another car. Jeff K.

Quickest deal ever

I have been buying cars for 30 years and this was the first time that the dealership and I came to such a quick agreement that we both liked. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. My wife and I will remember the experiance for a long time. Thank you

Excellent Transaction

The Salesman was knowledgeable and patient and we tested several vehicles before deciding to purchase. We never felt pressured and the transaction moved very quickly. I wouldn't hestitate to purchase from Nelson Nissan again.

Lack of integrity

Inappropriate selling and poor customer is pervasive throughout this location's operations. GM supports such activities. Note at these times in 2008 and 2009, this dealership will attempt to get $$ anyway they can, they will overcharge on item, extend sell wait time to intimidate customer. Unfortunately, owner of organization had delegated responsibility to GM and does not deal with day to day activities so is somewhat disconnected. It appears GM and sales staff misrepresents operations to owner, Warning please go to [another dealership]...stay away from Nelson
