I had a great experience purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Chris Nikel. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they took their time to really understand what I was looking for and explaining the differences between each vehicle. I felt that they were honest in their pricing, and the financing department was easy to work with. They also did a great job following up by showing me the different resources available to me to fully use each feature of my vehicle.

BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER

My wife and I have been married for 26 years and have purchased quite a few cars over our time together. We had a wonderful experience with our used Jeep purchase at Chris Nikel! Starting with the initial conversation with Josh Davis our sales rep. He was very helpful, polite, honest and above all informative on all of the features the car had to offer. Everything about the experience could not have been better. My wife and I found the whole process to be quite pleasant from the test drive to the final paperwork with Sales Manager Michael Mackey. I would not hesitate to recommend any of our friends or family to Chris Nikel. Thank you for renewing our trust in a dealership that truly takes the time to listen, inform, and assist the customer in making a substantial purchase. Incidentally, after the initial purchase we had some service work done as a few things required some attention. The service department at Chris Nikel was another great experience as well with a special thank you to our Service Advisor Lisa Jewel who has exceptional customer service skills and very informative. A big thank you to all of the staff we were in contact with for the honesty, integrity and helpful attitudes we encountered during the time we were there! We love our Jeep......job well done!

We bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 from Mark Jules at Chris Nikel last week. The experience was great from start to finish. This is the 4th car my family has bought from Chris Nikel, and we will continue to purchase many times. Mark Jules never pressured us but instead answered every question we had throughout the entire experience. It was our first major purchase as a married couple and Mark made it easy and stress free! This is how car buying should be. Plain and simple I was amazed at the business model at Chris Nikel and you try to rebel against it being so foreign but can't. They make it simple and help you out where they can. Which is never in the price department because the price is right there on the vehicle minus some taxes. No extra costs at all unless you add them on yourself. This is a five star, EASY, dealership and I will travel back from Indiana to buy another car from them.
