I had a great experience at this dealership. They have excellent sales people and everybody is happy to answer any questions you have. I felt welcomed there and not pressured. I want to make things right with the managers and sales people because I did not quite understand how the "Survey" works. In the line of work I was in nobody ever, except rarely, got a perfect score. There is always room for improvement although, I don't think the management or sales could have been better. They are top notch at this dealership. I only had an opinion on the mechanics shop, they could have done better. But, since I did not know less than a perfect score across the board would impact several people, I felt I was honest. For the manufacturers to put this heavy burden on people is just cruel. The owners, managers, sales people and everybody else work hard and love what they do from what I saw. They know the value of satisfied customers and it shows. They have an exceptional show room, the people are great. They have a lot of hustle here. It means something when you feel like they appreciate your business but don't pressure you. After researching how the surveys work it disturbs me that someone would lose a commission or their job over something as trivial as a survey from the auto maker. So, for those of you out there getting your new ride from any dealership, give them all 10's no matter what. They deserve it and they work hard. Just go to a boss in private and they will fix any problem that comes up.

F-250 Bought There

I bought an F-250 flatbed there a few weeks ago. There were some problems with the truck before I bought it that Larry Cagle took care of. His communication was great, and he was very easy to deal with. I got a great deal, even got what I wanted for my trade-in. They were awesome. I would definitely reoccmend Bartlesville Dodge.

Great customer service!! Appreciate them working with me to give me what I wanted and needed!! Victoria was very down to earth and worked to get me a good deal I left in my new jeep super happy! Thanks to everyone who assisted me.

We didn't plan on buying a truck today, we just came to look. We had been contacting this dealership via email and just decided to stop by. Our salesperson Victoria was amazing. She wasn't pushy and she showed us a few used trucks and then we switched it up and decided to look at a new truck and she graciously stayed late until thevdeal was done. Good people.

broken personal property

Stopped in to check out the sale. The salesman couldn't match my current payment, that's fine I was just looking. The problem was went I went to leave. My keys were returned broken. My remote key to unlock my car was crushed. I do not know how a person breaks a keypad. When I acquired about what happened. I was told that nothing could be done.then accused of lying. I was told there was no proof it wasn't already broken. I will never be returning and I will spread the word about how rude and unprofessional the staff is.
