Reliable service

I always have a positive experience when my car is being serviced. Jim who was my service writer is friendly and took time to answer my questions. I had fun driving the loaner but was happy to see my clean car ready to go at the end of the service. Great job to the service team!

If you are worried about being scammed stay away!

Avoid Donovan Pierce. He will lie to you if it makes him money. He "saved" me money by stealing it. When I discussed it with John in service I was told it was how BMW always does things. I only have experience with this dealership, but I would avoid it at all costs.

Scheduling is easy. Jim is professional, and very accommodating. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable. I have my first BMW, and plan on buying another at the dealership. The service is one of the main reasons.

After setting up an easy-to-use online appointment through the Yark BMW website, my 328i was quickly and effectively checked for brake and front light repair. Even though the repairs were pricey, they were necessary for a safe and pleasant driving experience and their work was greatly valued; and I would leave it to no one but Yark BMW service department for all future repairs.

My new X5 BMW

My experience with my salesman was delightful. From my first inquiry to the delivery of my car, he was very conscientious about what I was looking for in a new SUV. I believe he is almost as excited about my car as I am. We spent several hours together as he explained as much as he could about how the car works and we will continue to get together over things as I spend more time driving. I have already heard from him and have his number on automatic dial!

Chris, my salesman was wonderful and easy to work with. There were no hassles, he was knowledgeable and it was a low stress buying experience. The same was true with the sales manager who gave a fair price on my trade in. The only issue was that we were quoted a payment and only when we got to signing the paperwork was a nominal ($3/mo) additional fee mentioned. This was not a big deal, but no one likes to discover additional costs at the very last moment. To be fair this fee came from the lender and not the dealer, but still it would have been better to get this information before we were signing the paperwork.

Its only a dealership if you deal

This place is a waste of time. Apparently, they are following a no haggle, pay the sticker program here. Not only that, I went to pick up my new car, and suddenly they had determined that they couldn't honor the trade-in price they had ALREADY agreed to give me beforehand. It was a last minute jack-up of the price by $2000 by undervaluing the trade-in. Don't waste your time, drive up to Detroit, more dealers,, more competition.
