I needed to have some small amount of body work done and it took longer because one of their workers had broken his arm or something. That person did the window replacement part of the job so it held up the car so I couldn't get it back when promised.

Very bad customer service I was trying to deal with on of the sales person his name Chad throuh e-mail and I didn't like the price he gave me instead of him being nice and end it professionally he started to make fun of me and my car .Don't ever consider this place anymore. Even I go to ganley BMW for my other car I will never go there too no more ganley
