A dreaded day turned pleasant!

I did not want to buy a new car, but my old one died. I walked in with little negotiating power and a lot of anxiety, planning to spend the whole day driving around central Ohio looking for the right deal. Five minutes later, I knew I was going to get a great deal on a car, right here, 2 miles from my home. Thank you JEFF H. at MMG, for making my dreaded day a pleasant experience!

Non existant customer service

I have purchased a 2005 CRV previously through 'Whitey's', now MMG. After looking around for a work car for my husband, I came back to MMG. Why? Because I thought their 'certified' used cars meant their 'knowledgeable' mechanics took care in upkeep. Heh heh. Good one! We settled on a 2005 Accord for a pretty reasonable price. The salesman we dealt was very down to Earth and nice; George. The car seemed impeccable and well taken care of. After my husband drove the car for FIVE days after purchase, the engine light was on. He took it to Autozone and was presented a printout that stated the O2 sensor was malfunctioning. I immediately called and spoke with a manager of MMG, Kevin, who told me 100's of sensors fail at any time and I should have gotten a warranty. He would do ABSOLUTELY nothing and gave no option for discounted service, even though I had just spent $10,000 in his dealership. I explained I would not use any service there again and he said 'have a nice day' before hanging up on me!!! What nerve! I took the car to my reliable mechanic who told me BOTH O2 sensors were in horrible bad shape and needed replaced. Wow. This was not a sensor malfunction that 'just happened'. It was an issue covered up by MMG for a poor unsuspecting customer to have to deal with after purchase. Of course, on the way home from my mechanic's shop I pop a CD into the CD player. And guess what? It doesn't work!!! 'Mechanical Error' pops up the screen. Oh lord, please tell me this is the end of my MMG headache! If you are dumb enough to buy a car from [non-permissible content removed], please invest in their $2500 warranty.

Was in the market for a new Civic, our 6th since 1996, & I requested their best price out the door as I did not have a trade to mess with. I don't like to negotiate, & all the dealers knew to give me their best price the 1st time. They quickly got me their price, and they beat the other local dealer by over $400.00. Called Jeff the next morning, & picked my car up that afternoon. No BS, no pressure, & they delivered as promised. Very pleased with the experience.

Karen Yingling and the entire staff at MMG did an excellent job. There were no games, no "let me talk to my manager" BS. Karen and Tom put together a deal quickly and it was as fair as any other I had found...I looked in Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus & Akron and had planned to go to Akron to purchase my Rogue. MMG made sure I had no reason to go anywhere else and I appreciated them not wasting my time.

Great Experience and Ongoing Service

Could not be more satisfied with my experience at MMG or my sales associate Oscar Nichols. Had a great experience when buying the vehicle, then Oscar checked in on the car and how I liked it. Oscar now continues to pick up my car from work for service calls. He is an all around genuine and caring person (something you do not see in sales people these days). I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else.

A vehicle to make it up our driveway!

I was extremely pleased with the service we received while car shopping at MMG. Our salesman Andrew Seymour was great. He was genuinely concerned with meeting the needs of our family. We needed 4x4, third row seating, and lots of space for our family of five, three of which are in car seats. He found us the car of our dreams and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend MMG and Andrew for any future vehicle purchases.

Honda Crosstour 2012

My wife and I enjoyed our purchase of the 2012 Crosstour. We found Keith Hollins to be a joy to work with and were very happy with his knowledge of the vehicle. Our overall experience with the MMG Auto Group has been exceptional. We also saved nearly $2,000 over what other dealers had quoted us. Now we can afford to put gas in the vehicle. :-)

best costomer service

i just purchased a 2002 focus with 52000 miles and my saless person was oscar nichols. he is one of the best people i could ever know. Oscar is more than a sales person. he took time and talked to me like a real person not just a nother sale. After i bought the car he called the very next day to ask me if every thing works and if i still liked it. If you go to MMG to buy a car ask for oscar. you will not regret it!!!

Enjoy my Juke!

none of the dealerships in my immediate area had any Jukes. so i drove to MMG and test drove one of theirs. Karen Yingling was the sales person and was so nice and answered all our questions and we had alot..especially safety issues.once we decided to purchase the vehicle, she came back in on her day off to deliver the car to us personally. That was wonderful Customer service. She has even called to see how things are going since we drove it home. Great Car. Love it and have no regrets. Thanks Karen.

Satisifaction

Car shopping (not enjoyable for me) was made interesting and a pleasure by Roni Trull at MMG. We had shopped at three of the major dealers in our area and were basically ignored at two of them. Never were asked if we wanted to test drive a vehicle or any effort to keep us interested. Not so with Roni. She took a great interest in our needs and desires for another vehicle. She was willing to go the extra mile if necessary for us and helped to resolve any problems. To date we are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to send anyone to her when shopping for a vehicle. Thanks Roni!!
