I mentioned to the salesman that I was in the market for a Lincoln MKC with all wheel drive and low mileage. About two weeks later, I received a call that a new 2015 MKC was on the lot. I went in and test drove it. Two days later, I purchased it.

I am a truck driver with limited time to spend at a dealership the staff at Don tester took the time to answer most of my questions over the phone and I had a lot LOL.when I made it to the dealership everything was just as they said it was a very smooth process and I certainly appreciate that.so much so that I recommended Don Tester to a friend and he is currently in the process of purchasing a new car. My good experience could have been even better with a token wash of the vehicle when a significant piece of work is performed. I and others all know that a freshly cleaned car runs better. Not a true statement, but a lot of us feel that way.

I originally came from Liberty Ford in Vermilion where I went for many years and I even bought my car there. I was very upset with how I was treated there. So when I moved this way my father recommended Don Tester Ford. I was a little skeptical at first, but the customer service I received was refreshing and I felt at easy. The two ladies I dealt with were fantastic and easy to talk to. Needless to say you have a new found customer and will be taking my car there for service from now. Thank you
