The person taking my information was courteous and honest about various problems that could be causing the malfunction with my car. I feel they were thorough with the diagnostics and kept me updated during the process. They offered a shuttle service to and from AutoNation, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Saturday morning I went in to Auto Nation Ford to have my 2015 Ford F 150 serviced. Everyone there was extremely kind and accommodating. The only thing they could have done would be to provide everyone with brunch.

I initially had some issues when I took my car in to be serviced. The follow up customer service was not good. I ended up stopping back in about a week later after many phone calls not being returned and Allan was very helpful and apologetic for not returning my calls. He got me in the same day for new tires and also gave me several discounts . I appreciated the fact that he made things right with me since I am a loyal customer.

Joshua Stamps was our sales represenitive. He was easy to work with and did not pressure us into the sale. He explained the car and listened to our conserns. I believe he knew how hard it was for me to leave my 2012 Escape behind as it was one of the two cars that I have ever owned that brought me to tears to retire.
