Terrible company. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer. He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted. My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car. We were told we had the car via phone and email. We received the papers via UPS and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the UPS confirmation and sent via email. We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else. The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. John knew this and still sold the car after confirming he would sell the car to us.

My experience with Price Pro was very pleasant. There is a high level of professionalism and transparency exhibited from this dealer. My Sales Person, Chad Lievens was truly awesome! Highly recommended.

Poor Vehicle Service

April 23 I looked at a red 2018 VW Atlas described as pristine. It was super clean on the inside but engine oil was dirty dark brown and one quart low. There was actual sand all around the hood latch and on top of the engine and the odometer was 300 miles higher than the advertised odometer mileage. The vehicle had obviously not been serviced as claimed, or inspected as claimed. Only vacuumed and washed. After seeing all the above we decided a test drive was not worth our time as this 2018 VW Atlas SEL had clearly not been inspected or serviced as claimed and had actually been used during its 125 listed days on the Maumee sales lot. Very sad way to do business
