I loved that Charles Vander Mass had the car I was interested in all cleaned and detailed. He was great! He knew every detail about my car and what my interests were. I wish I could give him 100 stars!

Charlie was very helpful and patient throughout our decision process. We felt comfortable asking questions and he consistently was very knowledgeable. Our top two vehicles were the Highlander and the Honda Pilot. It was Charlie’s sales personality that swayed our final decision.

Dave Piatt was very professional and responsive ... he went out of his way to take care of us ... from start to finish in the purchasing process ... we felt a trust with him and very comfortable working with him ... ultimately we purchased the 2014 Murano we wanted and got a sales professional that we can work with again in the future ... thank you Dave ...
