I was looking for a particular used car these folks had, and was trading in a car. I was met at the door by the salesman, Turbo who fetched the car I was interested in very quickly. Long story short, he was able to match my figure and a bought the car quickly. Sales manager and finance manager were good guys too. My best experience in a dealership in over 40 years!

Best price, easy buying experience

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra from Coughlin Hyundai. Shawn was very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I never felt for one second that I was being pressured in any way. In fact, the feeling was very much to the contrary. Shawn never put us on hold, never made us wait and was very respectful of our time -- throughout the entire process. Settling on a fair price took only a few minutes. Between the substantial Hyundai cash back incentive and an ample discount below invoice from the dealer (before incentives), we paid what I believe was very close to a used car price for a high quality brand new car. Shawn and the staff at Coughlin made the entire experience very easy and remarkably enjoyable. I've bought several new vehicles over the years and this was hands down the easiest and best purchasing experience I've ever had.

We just happened to stop by and see what Camry models were available when Joby crossed the lot and began talking to my elderly father. From that point, we spent the afternoon test-driving, and picking Joby's brain on models and prices that would fit my lifestyle. He was kind, considerate and definitely NOT the stereo-typical "car salesman" we have all had an experience with. Joby felt like we had a friend who happened to sell cars. He was thorough on every aspect, and the first salesman I ever had who took the time to go over every part of my car with me before I left the dealership. I know I made a great decision on buying my 2013 Camry XLE through Joby, but I also made a friend!

After not having to look for a vehicle in 15 years, I was a bit anxious about the process. But Tyler W. alleviated any fears I had. Tyler was responsive, informative and incredibly helpful in not only finding the truck I needed, but also for the price I wanted. The expectations I had at the outset were exceeded in my experience with Tyler and Coughlin Toyota. By far this was the best dealer experience I have ever had.
