We went to dealership with numbers for the car we wanted from Kelley Blue book and for the car we were trading in and the numbers they offered to me were fair and within the parameters that Kelley Blue book stated. Zach was very helpful and answered all of our questions. When they were cleaning the vehicle after we purchased it they noticed that one of the tires had a bubble on side wall and instead of just passing it along to us they said that they were going to change the tire and they would drive the car to us the next day. They went out of the way to make sure that we were satisfied and we appreciated it.

My first time at Spitzer Ford in Hartville and our salesman Sean Greene made the experience great!!! He was very knowledgeable about the Bronco I bought made us feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love my Bronco.

Best Dealership Ever!! Spitzer Hartville

My husband and I went to 3 Ford dealerships in the area. Two of them we had bought our other new Ford Edge vehicles. We could have bought from any of them but I called and spoke to Doug Drake and told him the vehicle we were looking for with certain options. He was so great over the phone we drove out to Hartville to meet with him. He and his team searched for 2 days and located a car that was exactly what we wanted. They had the car there the day they found it. Local to be sure, but it was impressive how quickly and meticulous the process was. Zach Koval was an incredible sales associate. DO NOT LOSE HIM! He was terrific and even helped me with all the questions this 72 year old lady had with the technology features. He and Doug are truly your diamonds!! I will highly recommend your dealership to everyone I talk to. I don't know how many new cars I will be buying in the future, but if I can promote Spitzer Hartville, I am all over it!!!
